I spoke to an agent who said he will log a ticket for me as my address is not appearing and I received 2 emails regarding that, after 2 days the same agent by the name of Mlungisi said it has been sorted, I paid after paying he provided me a different address and I told him that’s not my address he then said I should confirm it when I get a call for installation however I should direct them to my house they will install, the guys who came here told me I have been **** to I should ask for a refund, I spoke to a different agent Bongane who couldn’t assist with my refund and I was referred to the same Mlungisi who still **** and told me my refund will be processed which it wasn’t, I want my money back
I signed up for Vuma first time and was told I do have coverage for my area, they never pitched for installation and from nowhere I was told I don’t have coverage it’s been more than week waiting for my refund, this is the worst fibre ever!!!
I have paid my first instalment on Monday and have been waiting for installation ever since, I’ve beeb blue ticked on WhatsApp, I regret my decision and wish I can get my money back

Uber decided to take money out of my account while I never took a trip and I didn't have any pending amounts, when I did screenshots and submit evidence they said there is nothing they can do
I had the worst experience with a nurse at Ghandi Square, who was judging me and hurting me throughout the whole visit, maby if I had a different nurse I would have had a better experience
