Why did I receive insurance documents from ABSA if I do not have insurance with you?

Good day, I spoke to Akhona earlier today and she qouted me on my vehicle. She insisted she was unable to send me a qoute, from past experience I know that you can view the qoute online, she did not know this? Now, after I checked the qoute I cannot see the premium qouted to me telephonically? She also mentioned that she can activated cover and if I did not dispute anything after 30 days that they will debit my account, this after requesting a qoute to be sent to me on numerous occasions. Why???
Good day, why is it that you cannot call Customer Care on 135? Everything I call the call just ends! I called in some time ago, got through and requested a cancellation on a number, just got an sms and nothing further? Is anyone going to make contact???

I am paying a DSTV Compact subscription but can only watch 4 channels. When I call to enquire I get put on hold by Samanda? 4 20 minutes? So this is how you conduct business now?
WHY IS IT THAT WHEN YOU WANT TO DOWNGRADE/CANCEL YOUR DSTV SUBSCRIPTION, THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY SO AS TO NOT REFUND YOU BUT TO UPGRADE YOU MUST PAY A PRO-RATED SUBSCRIPTION???? AND WHY DO MANAGERS NEEDNABFULLY WRITTEN REPORT WHEN A CUSTOMER WANTS TO SPEAK TO THEM???
I changed my bank details for my membership fees yet ZF now debited my old account twice resulting in me having to pay R260 in bank charges for returned debit orders? My membership fees are only R297....are you you guys for real?
I've been in communication with various people at Vodacom gor more than a week now wrt a Laptop which was confirmed to stull be under warranty. This laptop was an upgrade in November 2022 and has been problematic since we received it. Now, no one is able to devise where/who can repair this device for me.The last person I spoke to on Saturday said she'd call me back on Monday but only after 1pm as that was when her shift would ...now I am typing this message.
