****MERS – Predatory, Discriminatory & Completely Dishonest Two Cousins Locksmiths – or more accurately, Two ******* Locksmiths – is one of the most dishonest, ********* companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their entire business model seems built around exploitation. They refuse to give quotes upfront. No written estimate, no breakdown of costs—nothing. Only after the job is done do they spring a ridiculously inflated bill on you, when you’re left with no choice but to pay. The final amount is clearly based on what they think you can afford. If you drive a nice car or live in a decent area, they’ll charge you more—plain and simple. Even worse, there is a deeply disturbing racial element to their pricing. If you’re Black, expect to be quoted even higher. It’s not just *********—it’s blatant **************. And don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews online. This company pays people to post **** 5-star reviews to cover up the countless complaints. They manipulate their image while continuing to **** real customers behind the scenes. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR HOME OR VEHICLE. They’re not locksmiths—they’re opportunists with tools. They belong on a blacklist, not in your contact list.

I ordered items from an online supplier, and they were shipped on September 4, 2024. The package arrived at the Fastway Polokwane Depot on September 5, 2024, and was marked as outbound for delivery the same day. However, I only received my package on September 17, 2024, despite the fact that the distance between Polokwane and my delivery address is just an hour’s drive. From September 6 onwards, I called daily to inquire about my parcel, only to be met with a barrage of excuses, lies, and a despicable attitude from a condescending woman named Martie. Her lack of professionalism and empathy was astounding. Each day, I was told that my case had been referred to the so-called Operations Manager, Robert, who proved to be an absolute failure in his role. Despite being assured that my parcel would be delivered, it never was. Fastway Couriers has demonstrated a complete lack of competence and customer service. Their inability to deliver a package within a reasonable timeframe, coupled with their rude and unhelpful staff, makes them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable courier service.

Telkom Makhado Crossing My experience with Telkom Makhado Crossing has been nothing short of a nightmare, and it’s all thanks to the deceptive practices of their front desk sales assistant. I walked into their store in January 2024 with the simple goal of obtaining an uncapped month-to-month SIM-only contract. Instead, I was met with blatant dishonesty and a complete lack of professionalism. I explicitly informed the sales assistant that I needed a month-to-month contract because I would be moving in three months to an area without Telkom coverage. Despite my clear instructions, he attempted to push a fixed-term contract on me. After firmly declining, I thought the matter was settled. Little did I know, I was being duped into signing a 24-month contract. Fast forward to my move, and I was hit with the shocking revelation that I was tied into a fixed contract. The very thing I had explicitly refused! Now, I am being forced to pay an exorbitant amount for cancellation, all because of the sales assistant’s gross misrepresentation and deceit. This experience has left me feeling utterly betrayed and frustrated. The sales assistant’s actions were not just *********, but downright *****ulent. Telkom Makhado Crossing needs to hold their staff accountable for such ********* behavior. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
