Can you make a client hold on for assistance for over 20 minutes, i have the time on my phone so I am not making this up . They have no chat service on their website and dont reply to emails - Terrible service

We had to visit the Ampath Laboratory last Saturday - the state of the floors and general cleanliness was disgusting. Spilt food on the floor, marks all over. It is obvious that this office had not been cleaned for days. When I asked the staff, they informed me that the cleaning staff are contracted to the Glynwood;. I took photos of the floor becuase it was so bad.
I have been trying to register for Sasol Rewards for over 2 weeks. I have tried the actual service station and the webpage. Nothing works.
I have had 2 personal loans with Timebank - but they have now double debited me for December. Despite sending several emails and my bank statement, and trying to call, there has been absolutely no response or assistance.
I have never experienced such bad service since I have been using lime24. For many years and It is sad to note the bad service .The communication level terrible. Lime24 use to always be on the ball...sadly they have dropped the ball since century financial services now run everything please understand this is not targeted towards anyone in specific it's the general service leve. I cancelled an order over a month ago and was promised a refund within 7 days. Nothing. I just get a "Canned" message from their "customer service" (no service at all) team saying I have been refunded or I will be refunded in 3 days. 6 weeks and no money...
What amazing service from the whole Teljoy Team. The application and delivery was so well handled. This week my TV encountered a problem, Vince from Durban branch was here in no time and collected my TV with a smile on his face and very helpful. Hollywoodbets have updated their gaming software, I suppose to suit the young cellphone gamer, and it has affected the view that a person sees on a computer. I tried chatting on their live chat to a "support" agent Lungi - sent screenshots of everything but it was a useless canned reply - it is full screen she said - the enable full screen button has been removed and as an old person with impaired vision I cannot see my balance because it is too small - Lungi kept insisting that it is what is. I am going to be playing fulltime on Lottostar - it is evident that Hollywoodbets are not interested in retaining clients or training their support teams
I ordered a food processor and when it arrived and I unpacked it - I realised that it was not the actual one that I wanted. I called into the call centre and the gentleman who took my call was very helpful and arranged for a courier to collect my parcel - no questions asked.
