We pooled together and ordered four baskets.There were varied excuses regarding delivery.Delivery was promised to locker on Monday, Wednesday they claimed delivery was sent back and that courier had been here but we have cameras so not true, nobody had been here.Saturday they said they would deliver and we called late afternoon and they then only organised an uber to deliver. Unreliable and Unprofessional , a few of us had ordered together so feel bad for subjecting others to awful service and delayed delivery of goods that don't resemble what was ordered. Orders dont look like what is advertized or specified on order. For example, Ordered Basket gift set 1 - pink and flowers theme, received nothing floral. Basket gift set 2 - Ordered Maroon/red and dog theme , received everything black except for notepad and tumbler. 2 of the books in the other two baskets have not been personalised. Disappointing!
We purchased a stove from Leroy merlin online. The dimensions were incorrectly published so the stove was too small, we called and asked for a refund last saturday. Now. a week later and it still hasn’t been collected or refunded. What’s more, when we call Leroy Merlin they cannot get hold of the seller till Monday. Very disappointed and frustrated .

i gets messages saying g my order is delivered but nothing has arrived . On calling the call centre I get three different stories. On calling the driver apparently my parcel got mixed up with another and it’s missing yet i get messages saying it’s delivered.
no means of communication. 8 weeks since ordering and still nothing received. Tracking last updated three weeks ago. no reply to emails. May be a ****
Failure to deliver as promised Takealot used to be my “go to” for online shopping but lately it is a disappointment! I have two orders that were meant to arrive today. it is now 8:30pm and i still don’t have my orders. Not the first time this has happened. It is the THIRD or FoURTH time that i pay extra for delivery on a specific day and i receive sms’s saying delivery will happen before 7 but delivery doesn’t happen. ANGRY
Four separate occasions now, Dawn wing fails to deliver a parcel. i receive an sms saying they’re coming but driver doesn’t arrive and then another message arrives with an excuse that there is nobody home(when there is) and i can see they haven’t even entered our estate. the other excuse is incomplete address when they have delivered before from same supplier. Very unreliable. I’ve notified the supplier
ordered on the asap app after four bad experiences and this time i’ve had it. The app says my order was delivered and NOTHING has arrived. i have tried calling both the support line and the store and no help, both say somebody will call. Clearly not reliable or professional and no customer care. Nobody can even check on the order while in the phone.The driver hasn’t even entered our estate at all
In the last two months I have bought from Le Creuset online and received my order within two days except when something was no longer in stock but then I received a phonecall.I would recommend [URL Removed] to anyone who wants a seamless online shopping experience
Our home was hit by lightning and various electronics were damaged.Outsurance replaced the apple TV and modem but said they would repair the TV and sent their service provider Panaservice to do so.<br> These guys arrived to fix the TV and did not know how so spent time googling for solutions.They then did something and left.After they left we saw that our TV screen picture was back to front and any text appeared backwards.It has been more than 10 days of calls to Panaservice and Outsurance with no service and our TV is still not right.<br> Today apparently, the service providers said they will collect the TV and take it to Samsung to be repaired.<br> Please Outsurance - help - screen your service providers and choose reputable ones.<br> Still waiting for Outsurance to get back to us
