I used to have best experience with them until yesterday, poor communication. I made a' order witha certain order and use =payjustnow as my payment method, my cad was debited but the store did no get the payment. I'm curious at the moment
As a first time car buyer I took a car insurance with King price which was recommended by the car dealership I bought a car from. I knew nothing about excess and I found out when I had to claim for a hail damage. They told me that I had to pay R31 000 for my car to be repaired because my excess is R27 000. They said they will send an assessor to come and assess the damage but they didn't send him. I told them that I don't have that amount and they said I will have to fix it myself. Insurance are ****mers. I had to cancel it because it's not rzliable.
I bought a car at Vryburg dealership, North west, in October 2025, until today I haven't received my license disk, they have been telling me that there is a backlog at Head Office, they promised that I will get it on Wednesday 24th Feb 2026.
I made a request of policy cancellation on Jan 2025 until today my request has not yet been approved because they are still deducting from my salary.
I made an online purchase using payflex payment which will debit with 4 instalments. They've been deductng accurately since the first instalment but on the last one which was last week the 27th they deducted double on the same day. I tried to make them aware about the mistake they've made on my account, they told me that they'll attend to it until today i'm still waiting.
I'm so disappointed with Hollard life specialist which i took a policy with them since 2019. My policy matured on the 1st of december 2024 hence I followed the procedure of by filling the maturity claim forms and send back to them on the 16th of December 2024. Since then i havent received any communication from them. I tried calling them but no luck! #Very frustrated
I entered into a contract with telkom September 2023 and requested a cancellation on Oct 2023, because they didnt load amount of data agreed upon contract. They requested me to return their router + simcard, now they'r telling me that they didn't get the device thus its difficult for them to proceed with cancellation. I've been calling them since last year October until now, but nothing its been solved and they keep debiting my account. Telkom is a BIG ****😭
