Lack of comunication. I am doing busnes with them for more than 2 years. Now the dont reply on your emails any more. I was a good costumer with them but service is none.
Congrats foor keeping the fiber conected for 3days. So here i am again no fibre conection and again another story now.
Fiber from hell. Quick to switch off when not paid but to turn back on was an issue. So last night found out after switch on the account again wifi ran at 5mbs and i am paying for a 50 up and down mbs. Technican told me my router is outdated. 7 mounths with pluxnet and in the time it worked 1 mounth good. Thabiso the tech was the only one that is telling me the truth why i am struggeling the hole time with conection issues. So i paid for the mounth but 3weeks now no working wifi. Really upset about this. Then some of the techs at MBV does not have the respect to even anser a massage.
Really the worst of the worst. Been with them for 6 mounths but really had more issues then it was working. So here we are on a sunday het again device issues. Not if we are lucky and i mean really lucky then it works for 2 weeks with no issues. I will not recommend that any one use pluxnet.
Had much more stable conections from Rain LTE. Will defenatly warn people that pluxnet is not stable at all i have a 50mbs line best i got out of it this week was 10mbs. After they made promises that i wont have issues but here we are with me that is not happy with the isp. This goes against there adveti*****t of the best isp with stable conection. Will take this futher with the custumer consumer act.
New customer by them fiber worked for 3 days and nothing more. I phoned 09h45 to ask what is going on they said they will give me feedback and it is now 18h45 still no feedback no after hour service. Not really imprest with them. They say the issue is by openserve but openserve tested the line and said there is no issue on there side. Thanks for nothing when i signd up i told them i have an autistic child and dont want interupted service....... but here we are
They are fast to take the prorata payment but strugeling 10 days now to get them finalising my order. They made a apointment to do the instalation of the open serve roueter but they cant even stay to their time. Really not happy and canceld my order with them.
After my previos complant of my aacount that cost me over a R1000 in banking fees yet again fnb takes more money in my account so now i am - R600 in the red. This will bring my account to R2000 in banking fees. I mean really people i have a autistic child that needs he meds and you ****s are *****ing my money now. I am going to take this to the news pappers and go viral with this now. Fnb is defenatly the worst bank ever.
What a bull**** bank. I was 8 years by Capitec and never had 1 use since i am with fnb i have more issues then happynes. I have paid R1143 ons banking fees they charge R30 for a instant payment. For doing the same type of tranactions on Capitec the highest my account fees was R280. Just a nother bank that is over priced and means nothing. If you have the ***** contact me on 073 927 1054
