Guys please do not use this medical aid scheme. The doctors office called to confirm benefits and the number does not go through. They sent an email telling us which numbers to use. I tried all the numbers and got no help. I call the principal officer and he told me to stop calling he is out with his family. Can you believe that! This members name is Johan Hartzenberg.
I ordered 4 items from Woolworths door dash. I only received 3 items. When I called customer service they say they substituted my 2L cook for 1.5L but when the driver got here my Coke was not with the driver. Customer service said they would call me back, I am still waiting on the call.
This company is not good. I had registered for a course but had to do a pre-requisite. I paid an amount of R1800 and they cancelled the course I was register on and moved me to introduction to ISO:9001. I still have a balance on my account that I can use to register for the initial course. When I want to use that balance I’m unable to. They take me from pillar to pillar. A lady by the name of Mandy was supposed to assist but she has gone MIA. Guys please be careful!
Truworths middelburg mall Mpumalanga is the worse. Image standing in line for almost an hour. The manager doesn’t communicate anything. Doesn’t tell the customers the system is slow he is just moving up and down. Next thing you know I request a permission letter so my mom can purchase in a different province they tell me they don’t have copies and they are going to try print. I mean do they not plan? Also I had to wait another one hour and my mom in a different province is also waiting on them to send. The manager at the other branch even said this is showing from their side. You need to do better
The worst service ever! I spent the whole morning trying to get a hold of Mr Price insurance so I can cancel the insurance packages I had signed up for. They don’t respond to emails or answer the phone. I have been trying the whole morning with no luck
I lost my laptop on my way from Johannesburg to Middelburg in a taxi. My laptop was sitting on the fooor new to me in a laptop bag. I took a nap and when I woke up since I was at Middelburg taxi rank I noticed that my laptop was gone. I was sitting new to two men and when I asked the driver where they got off he told me at Dros. The other passenger said they were holding a bag which could have been mine based on the description i gave. I explained to Monarch Insurance under Lewis stores and even wrote an affidavit with a case number that my laptop was ****** and explained. They declined my claim on mysterious circumstances. What mysterious circumstances because my laptop was ******. I even opened a case but they still declined my claim. I’m going to report this issue to the ombudsman because no where in my contract does it state that my claim will be declined based off mysterious circumstances? Please do not buy from Lewis stores. Your claim will be denied based off something you cannot control.
