The worst body corporate to ever exist, queri6are never attended to and they are not transparent to the trustees and owners. Our complex is managed by a lady called Tanya from DE Lucia group but we constantly need to log maintenance issues which are not attended to. We also asked for statements which we never received. We pay de Lucia a lot of money for this mediocre service
Vodacom did not load data on my home internet bundles, I called in and was assisted by an agent called Xolani and he assured me that it should be sorted out in 24 hours, that was in the 12th, today I called in to follow up as I’m disconnected I spoke to Jamie Lee who then said she can’t assist as Xolani is off and the Team leader doesn’t have her laptop with so no 1 can assist. After asking for her details she then asked someone who then said she’s the team leader Lundikazi Matyla and she also said unfortunately she can’t assist, I’m Really annoyed by Vodacom at this point if it’s not 1 thing it’s the other, the inconsistency is getting on my last nerve because we are the ones that get inconvenienced. The issue is not sorted out
De Lucia has to be the worst body corporate ever with the worst service. They are not interested in resolving issues and they are not even ashamed of it instead they are just rude when you query anything. Their accounts department made a mistake and I'm expected to pay for that
Really disgusted by the service I received from you guys, your team leaders failed to do their jobs and now I'm the one paying for the price, I had a query since December 24th I dealt with Lukhona Nobatana who failed to escalate the matter properly and shifted the blame and said it's not her but the agent that did the mistake when I called again I now dealt with Tasneem Stemmet who assured me that they will escalate the matter correctly this time a d give me feedback, a month later it's still not sorted when I call they send me from pillar to post. The service is nonsense I would not recommend
Your agents give the worst service, one of your team leaders Keamogetswe Molefi was so rude and sassy ddnt want to assist, she wouldn't even listen she was cutting me off.
I ordered eisbien from spur norkem mall, what a waste of my money. It was dry as hell, normally it's basting in sauce and is flavorful but today it was dry and not nice. It was my 1st time ordering it from this particular spur and I regret it

Sold my shares on the 27th of December, got confirmation email with the number of shares sold and all, till this day I have not received my payment. No communication whatsoever from this company. I'm so livid!! You guys are unprofessional and do not care for your clients honestly
