No customer service. Ignores emails can't be reached telephonically. Stay clear of them.
I purchased an Item online on the 15th September. I noticed that I made an error and tried to cancel the transaction, they don't have an option to cancel online and require that you should phone them. I phoned them the next day a Monday and was told it was cancelled and that I will be repaid within 7 to 10 days. The following day I received notification that the item is out for delivery. I phoned again and was told not to accept the item. It has been 3 weeks and no repayment. It appears that they don't know there are from their elbow.
Bought a water cooler from them on the 4th October 2021. Switched it on and a few days later realized that the cooling function is not working. I telephoned them and asked them what to do, they requested me to bring it in for repair. I am living in the far northern part of the country and arranged that somebody take it in naturally it came at a cost. On the 16th day of October it was "repaired" and worked for 2 weeks when it stopped working. I reported the problem to them and they indicated that they will send someone to collect and repair and return the water cooler. It is now 2 weeks later and I am still awaiting the courier to collect the water cooler. Bear in mind that the cooler costs +-R1500.00 courier cost amount to +-R500,00 to and from them. It appears that they lost interest and or are not willing to fulfill their undertakings given
One star too many. They advertise products that they don't have in stock. They promise delivery within days. They don't deliver and just bluntly state that they don't have stock. They then want more money for an inferior alternative product and refuse to refund even though they are in breach of agreement. They are clearly not recommended and it surely looks like a scam
visited standard bank Port Shepstone today to collect a new cheque card on 7 January 2020. When I arrived there was 13 customers queuing for service. However of the 3 consultants seated at the desks only 1 assisted customers. After complaining the one clerk left and the other started to assist customers. She was clearly inept and only assisted 1 customer in 22 minutes. The second customer was helped in 20 minutes. I had to wait from 11h42 to I am still waiting to be assisted. At times the que was so long that there was not enough seating for the customers. (More than 18 customers) Why don't they man all the desks especially if it takes the Surely something should be done to assist customers more proficiently. Or is it considered normal for a customer to wait 5 to 6 hours to be helped.
