This has to be the worst bank in the world. I’m absolutely convinced. They placed a hold on my account and NOBODY can assist. Now they closed the account and have taken all my funds. You call in and they ask you to go into the branch. You go into the branch and they ask you to call in. Absolutely poor!!
I have been with Telkom for far over a decade. They keep deducting my money every month but keep suspending my line. I call in to get assistance and for some odd reason NOBODY can help me. They keep putting me from 1 department to the next. I am so frustrated not even the branch can assist. This is absolutely pathetic and will definitely remember this when they call me to take up more products. SICKENING!!
I have not logged 3 tickets to get assistance and nothing. You call in and nobody can help. Only log tickets. It’s disgusting the type of treatment customers get from them.
FNB can never help with anything. I hate dealing with them. You go to the branch, they put you on the phone. When you call in the calls keep cutting. Always have to be transferred!! Nobody can help with anything. I’ve been having an issue with my account for 2 years and NOBODY can help.
I am trying to sort out a query from October 2023. I get sent from showmax to dstv. I have dstv stream and showmax does not connect. Nobody is able to assist. I visited the contact Centre and still NOBODY can help. Absolutely sickening. Netflix can sort out an issue within the hour and I am on the other side of the world. Pathetic from showmax and dstv.
Absolutely pathetic. I don’t think they understand customer service. Nobody responds to any communication. Parcel collected by driver and not delivered. Nobody responds so have no idea what is going on.
Utterly useless. I am requesting for a simple closure on my credit card account and FNB requires you to keep calling in and somehow nobody you speak to can actually close the account, it has to be referred to another department. It’s now going on to 3 weeks after being told it will take up to 7 days. I have been into the branch where they put you on the telephone to speak to credit department where again you will get another ref number and asked to wait another 7 days. Worst bank in SA!
