Professionally greeted at vetted at entrance, we were escorted to waiting area and handed over to Zanele. What an incredible lady. Efficient, professional and helpful to the extreme. Helped us sort out a variety of problem without showing one blink of irritation. Bravo Zanele! Your company can be proud of you

We rented a minibus on 18/09/2019 at Cape Town Airport. On return I found that the quoted tariff was much lower than they deducted from my credit card. I have been sending countless e-mails over the past few months, and although they agree that there is a problem, never solved it or refunded me. I recently rented a car at Cape Town International. On return they charged me extra for km's over the allowed 100km per day. I have had the car for 4 days=400km's. When I rented the car, I was told that I have 800km's and no km/day was specified on my rental agreement. When I complained to the supervisor, it was brushed aside and I simply had to pay the extra fee. Rental agreement 393856352

I phoned Mango helpdesk and spoke to Anita andNandi, who promptly sorted out my proble by booking us on Kulula early flight. On the 25th Feb I had to go to VSF Brooklyn for a visa application. They wanted some documents which I didn't have handy. Some of it had to come from Holland.<br> I went to Flight Centre and asked if I may use their e-mail address. Without blinking an eye Vicky helped me out and 45 min later all my problems were sorted out. Vicky, you're a star, helping me out , even without being your client!
