She took the time to give me a comprehensive tour of the facilities, showed me available rooms and guided me through each step of the application process… I am moving in next month and looking forward to it🙏🏽
I recently had a disappointing experience with Nissan Hatfield. After servicing my car with them, I noticed damage to my instrument cluster when I picked it up. Initially I thought it was just dirt, but upon further inspection, I realised it was a more serious issue. I went to them the following day where the Manager told me I won’t be able to get it off as it was damaged by a chemical and my car wash was probably responsible for it. I told him the damage happened at their branch. He said he would investigate. Luckily when I got to work I realised I have photographic evidence, pictures I took on the morning of the service, and pictures I took of the damage after fetching it from them. I screenshot the pictures so he would also see time stamps on them and then forwarded to him, He said he will speak to everyone involved and give me a call the following Monday. It’s been 3 weeks and he hasn’t kept his word. As of today, I still haven’t received a resolution or communication from them.
I Love Shein products, however what’s wrong with Shein is the use of Buffalo logistics for courier service. The return service is horrible or non existent. Initially I returned a package and buffalo never picked it up despite calling them several times, after some time of calling I was told there’s no point in them collecting the items cause return period is over so Shein won’t give me money. The second return was collected in June, it’s now October and tracking says “still in transit” …I called them they said I should WhatsApp, I WhatsApp’d they said I should call. I am never buying from Shein ever again to avoid dealing with Buffalo. Money lost for me.
I love shein products but have had to delete the app and stop buying there because the courier company they use is Buffalo logistics. Really the worst courier company out there. I returned products in June, tracking still says they’re in transit and it’s the 14th of October 2024 now, when you call them they say WhatsApp them, when you WhatsApp them they say call. I lost money cause they took the shein order but clearly didn’t deliver it to Shein. It’s the second time they have messed up the return process(last time they didn’t fetch my return at all despite calling them several times), had to make the decision to stop buying from Shein all together to avoid having to deal with this company.
Avoid Netcare Akasia at all costs - Poor communication, unfriendly staff, and questionable motives. A loved one was kept there for 2 months without clear explanations or communication from the staff. The nursing staff was unfriendly, dismissive, and lacked accountability. They rotated daily and used that as an excuse for never having answers. His headsets and wedding ring went missing during his stay there. Communication was abysmal. Despite his lengthy stay, we never got clear answers about his treatment or progress. Doctors were rarely available, and nurses seemed clueless. He is now facing leg amputation. It seems like they were more interested in profit than patient care.
My brother's experience at has been a never-ending nightmare. Despite having a functioning dialysis access point, the doctors insisted on creating multiple additional access points, putting his life at risk. The second procedure almost resulted in his death. To make matters worse, the nursing staff rotates daily, leaving us with no consistency or clear communication. Every day, we meet a new nurse who claims to know nothing about my brother's case, leaving us with more questions than answers. We've had to fight for every s**** of information, and even then, it's often unclear or contradictory. The lack of transparency and accountability is staggering. I wish we had seen the reviews before entrusting my brother's care to this hospital. Beware of unnecessary procedures and inadequate care.
I Love the car watch function but I wish it had a panic button, if it did, I would give it 5 star rating
Incredibly bad service. They were due to fetch my return order and it’s been over a month and some days but nothing. I call them on a weekly basis to check whats going on and still no resolution.
