I deposited using EFT two thousand rand into African Bank investment account on 25 March 2025, it is not allocated into my account today is 31 April 2025. Ref no 90010520148. my ID number: 6101035425081. when you call, everyone will tell you that they waiting for feedback from other office, after sending my POP to SCCinvestment@africanbank.co.za on 27 March 2025 at 12h57. This bank is a nightmare. i spoke to several consultant including KUtollo, Duduzile, Sobunakhuhle, etc. when i assist for they drop the phone on me three times
I went to Makro yesterday (14.11.2024), asking for a refund, I spoke to a manager called DJ (0112089145), he told me that he will not refund me until the machine from Bosh comes back to the shop which will be in 2 weeks time; when Blac Friday deals are no longer available!!!! What does the return of the machine have to do with me?????? I bought a table saw at BOSCH (with Makro) which was assembled inside the shop. on 25 October 2024. I used the machine once and the guide was broken because on the unstable blade, i landed in hospital because of injuries. I return the machine after coming from hospital on 02 November 2024. they refused to refund even if i made it clear that i do not want that machine back. i will risk my life with it again!!! i advice BOSCH to recall all these tables saw from all shops Ref 2772
