Hi, today I was assist by Patrick and Richard from MiWay. I needed a jump start after we had left our car lights on. They were swift in letting me know that help was on the way and within thirty minutes the car was jump started and we were on our way home. MiWay really cares about its people!

Excellent Experience At Mediclinic Medforum Maternity & Labour Ward
Last year I had an operation done at Mediclic kloof and this year I gave birth to my daughter at Mediclic Medforum. Both hospitals were outstanding in how they took care of me, how the staff communicated with me and how both ops went with the doctors that were responsible for me, thank you. I would like to congratulate Medforim Maternity ward, I wish I could remember everyone's name but the nurse responsible for me her surname was Motaung, I can't remember her name unfortunately, but thank you so much. It was my first time giving birth and how everyone took care of me as I recovered from my C-section and how they took care of my new born and even showed how to feed her, care of her and bath her was truly heartbreaking warming. They gave my husband and I a kick start because we knew nothing. Shout out to doctor Pearl Kwamanda and doctor Hlongwa as they were the leads in peads and taking care of me, they're both outstanding doctors in their own right.

I am none months pregnant with swollen feet wanting to purchase at your store but had to stand in a queue! What is your store policy regarding pregnant/disabled or the elderly???

Assistant for Pregnant/Disabled/Elderly
What is your store policy when it concerns pregnant women or disabled or the elderly and is your staff aware of this policy. I'm 9 months pregnant however when I asked not to stand in the queue due to my swollen feet I was not assisted at Mr Price clothing because they don't know your store policy they work at. Please advise

Compliment for Banele in the Pre-Auth Department
Good day, I wanted to send an email congratulating the company on having a professional, polite and efficient employee like Banele. I am currently 8 months pregnant and had forgotten to finalise pre-authorisation for my baby's birth. Ontop of everything I was unsure of the code my gynae gave me due to his illegible hand writing. I was a bit in a panic because this is my first child. Banele was calm and cool, he explained the process to me called my gynae on a three way call and when I was unable to get through to him he reassured me that he would call me Monday after I had spoken to my gynae. He showed so much care and even got back to me on Monday to finalise everything! Banele thank you so much for being knowledgeable and caring! You helped me tick off one less thing off my list. I did call before regarding my Pre-Auth and didn't get anywhere, this is why I was so grateful and impresses by Banele.

Hello, today we were assisted by a friendly and patient young man called Ryan-John at the iStore in Centurion Mall. He helped install our camera cover protector for our phone and answered all the many questions we had with a smile and patience. You're awesome -thank you.

Great Customer Service!
I would like to thank Franklin (I hope this is how I spell his name) for assisting me this afternoon with my queries. He was patient, attentive and resolved all that I asked. It is refreshing to get great customer service especially when it is this time of the day on a Friday usually people are ready to leave and have had a long day but I would swear by how Fraklin treated me over the phone that I was his first client for the day because he sounded eager to help me out! Thank you Fraklin, keep up the great work, you are a treasure for your company!

Great Service
Hi, I would like to commend Reneilwe who works at the iStore at Menlyn Mall for the great service she gave us on Sunday with our purchase. She was friendly, efficient, professional and quick. She installed our screen protector and phone cover after our purchase and is a gem. Regards
