I've been ****med by Dolce Looks, since they from to refund me but they never did.. I did made numerous calls to them but they kept on giving me excuses. I would advise anyone who planned to buy hair from them not to bother waste their money to this *****!
Since the deduct on the 6th November but no deliver was made, i’ve sent the email that i want to cancel and they should stop deducting because i don’t want their product any more but seems my email are getting ignored. I’ve tried to call but no success. What should i do? I DON’T WANT YOUR PRODUCT ANYMORE
Dolce is ****, I ordered bob wig on 12 Nov and the 19 Nov I made a follow up and she said it is not ready. Today in morning I called them again and I wanted to cancel she said the order is out now I received the email said I'll get on the 26 Nov, I called again for cancelation she said she'll send me a form but dololo. I advise people don't order on this people. DOlLCE BRING BACK MY MONEY
I joined pineapple insurance last year earlier, okay they sent someone to come and install the tracker in my car fast forward I cancelled the insurance due to some reason, from there I kept on receiving email from tracker then I made a call regarding the invoive they said I should call the insurance.I've done than via email. Response from Siphosethu Khumalo "the tracker contract is between you and the tracker" This amaze me because i'm not the one who requested tracker company to installed it, they sent someone. I feel like the trick me because I was already have 2 trackers in my car, why would i wany the 3rd tracker??
On Saturday the tried debit R549 on which im in the contract of 24 months where i Paid R399 for compact and i didn't have that R549 on my account. Okay on Monday I made a call becauss i find out that access package was active and i didn't activated it. they promise that they will fix it within 24 hrs. Today i called because them they disconnected so they want me to pay R623,33 to reconnect but why i should pay that amount while on Monday I made a called with the issue. I will never ever recommunded anyone to this and i'm definintly so that one of the staff member did activated this access for herself under my name. I'm so damn ****ed this this months and better i cancelled this and get my kids wi-fi once
I bought sweet chilli triple decker online, selected store was Debonairs Pizza Nina Park. I'm so dissapointed on what i received and i wasted my money, it didn't expected that. I felted like i was eating a dough only
People stay away from Matrix, last year November i sent them email with proof that my car was witten off and mind you i was up to date with payment. But they insisted that i should pay for cancellation fees, I asked them how cos isn't like i'm moving to another car tracker and I've asked them to sent me a proof where I agreed that I'll pay for cancellation fees if ever my car will be written off but they never sent that.they are busy sending email that I own them R1671. Now they want me to make arrangement of paying them and i'm not going to make any arrangements with them since they failed to consider my email. I won't advise any one to take this tracker
I placed an order on the 11 feb 2024 and delivery date was on 26 feb but until today i haven’t received my order. I called them twice they said they launch a ticket and send the email to me but dololo. I never had bad experiences with take alot but Makro is worse experience i ever come across
