I’m extremely disappointed with The Courier Guy’s support. For days now, I have been trying to get assistance with a custom integration, and instead of getting proper technical help, I’ve been met with delays, weak excuses, and what feels like complete unwillingness to assist. Genuine question: does anyone know of a courier company that is actually willing to support custom API integrations properly, instead of just avoiding the issue with excuses? What is most frustrating is that nobody seems prepared to even try to understand the requirement properly before dismissing it. Instead of asking the right questions, checking with the relevant technical team, or finding out exactly what support is needed, the response has just been one lazy excuse after another. It feels like support would rather avoid the issue than actually help solve it. When a customer asks for integration support, the bare minimum should be an effort to understand the request and guide them on what is required. That has not happened here. There has been no ownership, no urgency, and no real attempt to assist. This has wasted my time and created unnecessary frustration. Very poor service from a company that should be doing much better.
It is completely impossible to get straight forward API assistance. Days and Days of waiting for help, and still nothing. My custom application could already have been running and PayFast/Paygate will make money on each transaction. But looks like they have enough money.
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with GoSolr when trying to transfer my account to the new homeowner. For the past two months, I’ve been struggling to get this resolved, with endless back-and-forth communication. Despite multiple assurances that everything was sorted, nothing was actually done. To make matters worse, after being told the transfer was complete, GoSolr still deducted the full amount from my account instead of billing the new owner, who is already using the solar system at the property. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor support and lack of follow-through on their promises. If you're considering GoSolr, be aware that their service when it comes to account management and ownership transfers leaves a lot to be desired. I expected a smoother process but instead have been met with frustration and financial inconvenience.
Complete incompetence. More than a month now of trying to sort out connectivity, incorrect billing, instructions the are not following. A complete waste of money and time. Because of this, I am trying to cancel the service, and can't even get that accomplished.
Some more empty promises, more calls, more emails. Very basic, all I need is a paid-up letter. Such a complex process and more than 3 weeks, no luck with anyone. Already moved a couple of personal and business accounts away from *********** banking. If anyone knows the process of moving a home loan away from Standard Bank, to anyone else, please leave me a comment.
So not do it. Useless banks, cut them off. As a R600 a month Private Banker, can't even get hold of my "Private Banker" - just *****ing my money, and for almost 2 months, they can not give me access to my kids' accounts, years of savings. Find a competent bank.
