I bought a chocolate from game, a TIGER BRANDS product. Upon opening it, it was old. I phoned TIGER BRANDS to inform them that the item was rotten. They gave me a WhatsApp nr to send photos with a reference number. It's been a week after sending all this on WhatsApp, but NO RESPONSE. I even tried calling the customer service number again today, but that doesn't even go through. What am I supposed to do with a rotten chocolate? Why doesn't someone from TIGER BRANDS get back to me??? This is totally unacceptable with the worst customer care. TB2402290084
Get your info updated! You keep on phoning me, sending me sms's regarding a lady that worked for my mother! My mother passed 3 years ago, and then the lady that worked for my mother, also passed about 6 months after my mother. Now you keep contacting me regarding the lady's account, want info of the deceased's family members and sending final notice via sms to my number? I have told the people that phoned me, she is deceased. I went to a store to contact h/o so that my number can be taken off, but now they want the account number from me??? Seriously? How must I know? I don't have any detail regarding this lady or her family - and I am not allowed to give out personal info without permission as per popi act - and yet still no satisfaction regarding this matter. Stop harassing me regarding a deceased person
Made a payment on 02 october and still not reflecting on account. The new months installment already shows on account? Myself and matlosana branch and the erea manager send proof of payment through numerous times, and i received 5 different sms stating they received my query and will sort it.... 1st sms was received 15 october. But AFTER i made payment, they were quick to phone and ask for their money? Do they steal from their customer or just not working?
After sending emails - with a copy of my mothers death certificate, we STILL get sms and phone calls!!!! We are still grieving!!!!
After requesting for 4 months that my policies must be vancelled, I recieved a letter stating that THEY are cancelling my policies! Really unproffesional!!!! I paid my policies on time every month, and after my mom passed - in the last month of waiting period - they didn't even pay out a percentage of the claim!!! We were fighting cancer for more than a year!!!! The cancer spread to her brain and they couldnt even do a proper claim. I had to send the documents to 3 people, only to recieve a sms stating the claim hasn't been approved!!!!
I have worked at this Total - 1 week for training (you don't get paid for that week) and after the first week I resigned. It's been 3 months already, and still didn't receive my pay for that week. And when I did an enquiry, they said they don't have my bank details on file (I know it was in my file as I made the copy myself and put it into my file) I did send them a photo of my bank details to receive payment. The only thing I'm wiser, is that the pay is less that what I'm supposed to get and still don't know when I will receive my pay. Now the new office lady want me to go there and discuss it with the owners, however, they now have my bank detail, and I don't see the need for me to go there and be treated like the day I resigned. I will never set foot on that premises again, especially after false accusations, swearing ( not only to me, but to other staff as well) and the way people are being treated overall.
