They have the worst service. I've not been getting my allowances ever since I registered on their system. When I fall them , they don't puck up calls. On emails they reply with the same replies. I asked them to release my allowances and they told me that I'm not on their system while I've registered on their system. They've been doing this since Aoril and someday when you call them, they pick up your calls but don't talk with you but rather chitchat together. I have all the recordings for their calls , as I knew no one would believe me. This is my ID number 0510160252084 . I've also written on Twitter, it's been long and I need my money. It's exam time but they don't even consider that. Really they're the worst
I have paid more than R700 for one bus ticket but never got to enter the bus. When I asked for a refund I'm always told to wait so I can be referred to a department. Really they're not the best and I'm talking about Intercape from Port Elizabeth with their agents [Amandamd O] included with attitude. Really I just want my money nothing more. For them to reply to my emails I have to text first if not my emails will stay there for days. I really do not suggest their buses.
Greetings Sir/Madam. I ordered on Temu on the7th of March and on the 9th of the same Month I was told my order is confirmed by Buffalo Intl Logistics. I received an email to pay customs. I did but I kept on receiving a call that I did not. I decided to send a proof of payment after that my order was sent to Johannesburg and now my status has been on "received in ZA wh" but still when I check my status on Buffalo tracking I'm told tax is still not paid. I'm really sad with this occurrence as it's my first time with Buffalo since I heard they're reliable but now I'm losing hope I was supposed to get my order on the 15th yesterday it was 21st I was told again to upload a proof of payment when I did they sent an email that I mustn't send it the first one is being evaluated today no updates nothing Tracking no: BUFZA6030922409YQ Thank you in advance
I opted for Uber one on Uber eats. But Uber rides has debited my account R1000. Really I'm disappointed in this. Now I have to borrow money to secure my bills because Uber drive decided to take money without me confirming

I ordered on TEMU on the 7th of March. My order was estimated to arrive on the 15th but still today it has not been shipped to SA I have to follow up to get updates. I'm not receiving emails or messages if I didn't text them first. I'm really disappointed because I need this order before the 23rd
