After following up with ****mer of a company and speaking to several agents who said my refund is being processed , spoke to Andile , Reebok and Jaqcui , all of the conforming that refund is being processed . Yesterday the same Jaqcui sends another email saying there is no refund ... this company is **** and why would all of them lie and say my refund is being processed . Im disgusted with them , I can't wait to have nothing to do with them. ****mers
This company still owes me my R210 , last week on of their agents said to me the funds will be reverse back to my Game account. Till date nothing funds are reflecting, I purchased electricity of R210 via the game app on the 5th og January and there was no voucher issued . I called the call centre enquiring about my voucher , they gave me a reference number and told me they investigatingand that I will get feedback after 72 hours , 72 hours no feedback and no call from them . During this time I was liaising with Andile vis email . Few days later I called for feedback and got a rude consultant, after several calls I had no feedback until one of their agents by the name of Reanoka sent me an email on the 15th Janaury after my complaint on hellopeter.com wanting details yet again , same details I gave them when I logged a complaint on the 5th of January . I gave the agent the details and he/she said my refund is being processed that was last week on the 15th January up until now no funds are reflecting on my account . This is not even the first time this is happening , the first 2 times I just left it like that and now the 3rd time I can't let it go . BLUE LABEL CONNECT I WANT MY MONEY , PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY BACK INTI MY ACCOUNT , I AM TIRED OF YOUR STORIES... STOP ****MING PEOPLE PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY BACK AS IM ****ING IRRITATED NOW .
On the 5th of January i purchased an electricity voucher for R210 with my Game account and I did not receive my voucher number , I then called them and they said they have logged a case with IT to see what went wrong ,they said they will come back to me after 72 hours, 72 hours has passes and I have not received feedback or a call from them . I sent a number of emails and I spoke to a guy called Andile and he told they are still investigating till date nothing has happened. This morning I called as a frustrated client wanting answers and I came across a consultant that stated that he will not apologize because it's his first time receiving the call and he dropped the call on me . Blue Label I want my electricity voucher and I want query to be resolved ... stop being ****mers , or else send my money back to my game account . This is not the first time this is happening, this is the 3rd time and I want my electricity voucher . Thus is my reference number GN20260105-142306 , can management of this company get my case resolved today .
This company is a **** , my bill was R1100 , I have purchased electricity since from December 31 for an amount of R200 , then a couple days later I bought for R450 , then today I bought electricity again for R210 , R200 , R90 and an additional R150 in total I jave paid them R1300 for a bill of R1100 . I did not get any units instead I got only 6 units when I purchased with the R150 , I spoke with them earlier I was told I owe R 70 so what happened to the R80 ?? Does R80 only give 6 units in witpoortie these days ... I want the management of this company to explain what is going on because this is bull****, I want my units cause this is broad day light ******* , this company is **** . I am so ****ed
Seems like Ram has bad service and bad attitude drivers till date I have not received my parcel , 2 weeks , I wish Vodacom.can change and use other couriers like DSV or DHL , ram is useless poor customer service , the drivers are not patient, they don't take calls when you call them back pathetic pathetic service , this company should just close down bunch of useless people.
Yesterday the 8th December was expecting a parcel from them , I suddenly got a message stating that my parcel has been returned but no one came and I did not receive a call from them , today the 9th December I received a call from one of their people and it was missed , tried to call back the guy but he is not answering his phone , I even sent him messages to no avail , I'm so disappointed, what kind of a business is RAM doing ?? I need my parcel asap
Disconnection every week , this is the worst WiFi I have ever seen in my life , no one should take WiFi from this company, it's the worst , it is forever disconnecting , I should have listened to my neighbours when they said don't take this WiFi , it is the worst , useless useless infa t this company should close down cause wow it's the same issue week in and week out . I am not happy with the quality of the clothes , Saturday I bought takkies for my son at west gate mall , it was after 12 and he wore those takkies for like 5 hours and they got damaged , what happened the quality that we are used to at Woolworths?? The quality has dropped drastically but the prices continue to rise ... I am returning these shoes because this is not good at all ... I was supposed to return yesterday but I was not feeling... This is disappointing because we go to Woolworths for quality but these days it's no longer the case especially for boys ... I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of Woolworths clothing these days
Today was my second time buying pizza at Debonairs pizza at west gate mall , first time I bought the a large crammed decker , the first layer was just the red paste and nothing else , so dry and the ingredients are too small , you can actually count the chicken pieces and I told myself that I won't buy it again. Today my son wanted pizza and I decided to buy him a small one since I didn't want to go far for Romans pizza , so I bought the chicken and mushroom small cause I vowed never to buy Debonairs again as it's expensive but the ingredients are too small , worse today the crust was burned , one side had the red base sauce only , less mozzarella and I could still count the chicken pieces ... Debonairs is the worst , I would rather stick to Romans or panarrottis ... Debonairs is the worst , I'm just disappointed yet again , I will never step my foot there again seriously 😒😒😒
Worst car purchase 😭😔😭 I bought a car from this dealership towards the end of January 2024 , and upon my purchase I saw that it had scratches on the body , I showed the sales person Cameron amd he said he will book the car in for the scratches , after a week i heard noise when I was braking and i called him to inform him about the noise , he came to take the car and returned later and said it is fixed . Few days later I noticed 2 chips on the windscreen right next to the rearview mirror clearly I did not notice them at first and I complained to him again .. mind you I also had no spare key , which he eventually gave me but it was not the original spare it was cut by a locksmith, I asked for this apare since the purchase of the key . In march the noise on the car started when I'm braking and I informed him once again , he rudely told me he is tired and he is driving that I should bring the car and that water can make the noise if the car was washed and the noise will go away , I thought to myself this is the first I am hearing this but , I could not go immediately as Pretoria is far then I thought I will take leave and go . on Monday I saw a sign on the speedometer for the tyre pressure then I told him he said I must take the car to any VW ... I did on Tuesday and left the car there , upon my return I got the shock of my life as I was told that the noise is coming from the brake pads and the brake pads are not original VW brake pads ... I informed him about this but he is very defensive and he tells me he does not know anything about there car , he is only a sales person .... how on earth would they sell a car that does not have original brake pads ?? Then he gets very defensive and tells me it's a pre owned car ,,, they should have changed everything on the car before they sold it ....there is just too 1 person can take , from noise , no spare , cracked windscreen, no original brake pads and he still takes This lightly . He told me his manager will call me but there is no call up until now . This dealership is bogus , they have excuses, they don't care about their customers all they only care about sales . These are ****mers, I advice people not to think about buying a car in this dealership or else you will regret . I regret ever doing business with these people... They are not honest , they sell nonsense cars . I'm soo disgusted ... 1 dealership so many complaints, this is ridiculous and unprofessional. ****** ****mers.
