Contract phone
I have bought a contract phone is almost 2 months now the money was debited but the phone is locked iv tried to call them been told that they have a problem with network, ddnt even recieve any message that their phones will be locked so I don't see a need for me to have the phone while is locked can they send their courier to come take their phone and stop debuting my money, I won't advice anyone to have contract with them their service is bad.

Hi Iv bought a Fridge online for 8999 on the 4thNovember2024 even now I haven't recieve it no communication nothing I'm the only one who is calling, I called this morning I'm td that there's no fridge I bought it as I'm tied of buying food everyday. I'm so dissapointed by the Makro service, can't they ask for the fridge on the other stores

Bad Service Pedro's Jabulani mall
I had a bad experience this morning,.As it is in the middle of the month, I decided to order some food at Pedro's Jabulani Mall for my family to be delivered so paid a tip as well, My order number 106673967.The order was placed in the morning and was stated that the driver will arrive at 11:38.He callsd and say he was outside while he was not there, Our order was cancelled while the money was debited, when we call the store we have been td to wait for 5 to 7 working days to get our money back, we even offered to went to the store to fetch the order ourself, we've been told that the procedure doesn't allow that to happen, we have been told by the manager that we have to place another other. Just imagine with the last cent we have, we get such service

Intercape buses give bad service
Intercape bus IM0349 continue to give bad service over and over again. We've been stuck since 2am in the middle of the road, it's already 7am,no help, no communication. I will never use this couches ever again. They put passangers lives in danger

Bad Service
On the 15th I had laybuy some clothes at Maponya Mall Soweto. I went to take it out yesterday iv been told that they can't assist me as there's no electricity, but it was done manually and I am leaving at 12. 00.The are manager promise to call me back even now. I have a ceremony in Free State with a hope that I have theme clothes but they are failing me.. Please help
