After several dash orders I have concluded they bring items that are near expiry or not in the best quality compared to what you get in store, especially fruits and vegetables. These I will never order again as it’s a waste of my money.
False tracking information. I waited all day today. No delivery. It’s an urgent package. Then I get an email saying “sorry we missed you” yet no one showed up! I don’t know why companies use these types of couriers when their ratings are so low.
They have been spam calling me for months on different numbers, so blocking does not help as a new one just pops up. I have told the agents REPEATEDLY that I am not interested but next day, someone else calls! This is bordering on harassment. I’ve never bought anything from them or even enquired, so where did they get my number? Wasn’t the POPI Act supposed to stop such intrusion? I’m definitely going to look into how I can lay an official complaint about this nuisance of a company. I’ve had enough.
I was kept updated at all times about the progress of my complaint. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
Fourways: Ample parking, pleasant indoor shopping experience- clean, well lit, interesting well priced items, but most of all I have to applaud the staff - they go above and beyond to help and always with a smile. That alone keeps me going back.
I wish I could give a zero rating for the frustration I have gone through trying to resolve a simple verification issue for a week now. I have been taken from pillar to post by your customer service reps on the app and on X. Phone numbers given do not go through. One number actually says it does not exist. How are we supposed to trust you with our money?
Their sleep support worked so well with me so I ordered more. Process was seamless. Delivered next day. I’ll definitely take a look at their other products as I’m so impressed with this one. I have tried so many sleep aids and this is by far the best for me.
I purchased a silver kitchen scale as indicated on the site but received a blue one and returned it. I reviewed my experience stating this fact as I had seen other reviews saying they also received blue and not silver scales. Takalot refused to publish the review saying I should rate the product and not the service. Meaning they are above being reviewed! They can false advertise and we are not supposed to say any about it. Wow.
