Bad customer service from Willow Moffet Main Econo , I bought lunch combo worth R200 then when I get home I see products have different expiry dates and 2 products of those were expiring on the 6th May and I bought it on the 2nd of May i returned it for exchange the manager said I must freeze the product even after expiry it will still be fine to consume what nonsense is that , Health and safety procedures are not followed I'm disgusted by your service frozen products after expiry date can be consumed sies Malibongwe 0733338884
Bought compressor 3 months back used once now dead they refuse to take it back replace the compressor. What a ****ty place
Bad service no sense of customer urgency , cashier's needs proper customer service training including their manager
That is why this retail will struggle to survive with this kind of attitude we receive from cashier's , greeting a customer, smiling to a person who indirectly pay your salary , serve with that attitude definitely you doomed , Lelethu Lupawana clearly needs customer clientele training
Bad service for a big brand like Astron went to Newton Park Astron opposite Ultra PE had a flat tyre asked one of the petrol attendee to help me put air in my tyre as I'm not fami**** with the digital pump , he's response was that he is hired to pour petrol and check oil not showing customers pump or putting in air as he was leaning on glass arrogantly smiling , one customer might seem little but I bet I'll never go there again
It's so disappointing to see a big company like Cape Union having to charge paper bags R2.50 that are common and yet we buying expensive clothes so sad to see about 2 unhappy customers including me having to carry our clothes with hands 😮💨😮💨 last time I'm buying from the store Greenacres PE cashier even joking about these common bags they have I'd rather buy plastic than that thing Malibongwe 073 333 888 4
Bad service received from the cashier and attitude , how on earth would we buy something that's on special and you have the specific amount and did not have the points card then you get bad service because of the points card I stood there for almost 3 minutes asking customers behind me for a points card and the lady was willing to help unfortunately she was told not to use her ID number then I told the lady please make me 1 she stood up responded rudely "why you did not ask the card at first"? I told her should you have asked me in the first place I would have said please do one for me. It was like I'm buying on credit I'm not paying my 5cent that's paying her salary was just not good enough . Aviwe Notshulwane she must go for customer service training. Disappointed how you treat customers that respects your work/job because you deal with a whole lot of different customers daily and yet smile at the end of each transaction Thank you Malibongwe 073 333 888 4
Such a pity when rookies need a job and forgets where their salaries come from had a bad experience in Cape Road Shell garage in port elizabeth ended up calling supervisor , which also covered the rookie explaining a whole lot of things be mindfull we are not putting petrol on credit we pay and we expect good service not rudeness.
I bought double sided tape 2 days back when I put it on my mirror if fell off and broke😭 I asked the guy that helped me will it work on my mirror then he said yes and we never spoke about how big is the mirror he just said I have this that you can use on your mirror it's expensive though! Then I said the price says it's worth buying and I bought it with 2 other item. I went there this morning to ask for refund or give me something that works ill pay for the extra unfortunately I had no slip but I paid with my card 💳 the manager said I must pay double the amount to get get refund which is madness I left it the the double sided tape they can have it
