Steers Gezina i want to express my extreme disappointment. When we received our food the burgers were dismantled, looks like the shake the boxes before delivering them to you! The cheesy chips the same thing , dismantled and hardly any in the box. No value for money. You'd think paying extra would get you a decent meal but definitely not the case!! Incredibly disappointed with the quality of food we received.
McDonald's Mayville The lady working in the driver thru taking our order was very unprofessional!! She doesn't give you time to actually give your order. The whole time she interrupted me while I'm trying to give my order. She was very unpleasant, her customer service is pathetic!!! How can someone with an attitude and rudeness like that work in the drive thru??? She doesn't have any customer service. No name tag. No pleasentness. No friendliness. No Politeness. NOTHING. I'll definitely take this further and give my experience to HELLO PETER . We asked for the Grand Chicken Special as well, there's adverti*****t everywhere about it, when we wanted to order it, it wasn't even available anymore.. Like WOW!!!! I'll never support this place again
What an absolute disappointment!! We went into the shop to purchase binoculars, while waiting in the que Sipho one of the guys who work in the shop shoved a more expensive brand into my hand and said that one is better, i told him the one i have is sufficient for what i want to use it for then he continued to tell me i shoulf remeber his face when im dissapointed in my purchase and I'm making a mistake buying the cheaper one, i asked him why the sell a bunch of different brands etc if that specific one is the best?? Then when we moved to the till to pay he continues to tell the guy behind us that it's a mistake and basically dissing us for purchasing a '' cheaper'' one. Why must i spend R2 500 on the same thing just a different brand and something i don't use daily just for the purpose of using it in the park... I did my research and the brand we took (Tasco) is well knoen and recommended by many the only function being it's not water proof...
On our way to Nkhulu there was a leopard sighting, needless to so everyone aproaching made a massive blockage on the road we were stuck in the chaos for about 45min cars stopping in the middle of the road no one could pass. People hanging out of their windows, people sitting on the window bank, people popping out of their sun roofs, people in minnie busses opening their side doors and a guy in a company vehicle who actually got out of his vehicle?? Every book and bord in the park clearly states you are not allowed to do any of those things? Just to make mattets worse 2 ranger bakkies was in the mix and did absolutely nothing?? When did the park become so pathetic to reinforce the strict rules? Everywhere you look it's signs saying perpetrators will be prosecuted?? Absolutely nothing. This is one experience, we drove pas a random gravel road where a guy stopped in tje middle of the gravel and got out to pee in the bush... Not a designated area to get out of your vehicle.. But when the WILD animals kill someone or hurt someone they suffer the consequences not the people not adhering to the park rules and that's really not fair. This messes up the whole experience for people actually adhering to the rules anf regulations.
If i could do no stars i would. Honestly pathetic, i book a driver ro collect a parcel to be delivered and the customet never received the parcel. I tried calling the guy but still no answer?? Why have the option to deliver parcels and a SAFETY feature if it means nothing? If you select the need help option you talk to a robot... How is that helpful? So now i have double the loss and no one seems to be able to help? As an extra add on this the driver profile (after futhet investigation) has 52 complaints about the driver regarding the same thing? Wow so we keep someone who is unreliable, disrespectful and *****s? Come on Bolt really do better!!
Every single time we go to KFC sasol Steve Biko it's the same experience, you have beggers harassing you through the drive through, people keeping up the que. The drive through is supposed to be the faster option but there are so many delays... The beggers being the biggest issue. The food is great no complaints there and the service for the most part really not bad just depends ons who's working but the drive through needs some working on. Just tonight i had 4 people beg in the drive through?? Standing behind a guy keeping up the lane for no reason at all, all the cars in front of him already went through... It's incredibly frustrating
I was involved in a car accident in January, went with the third party claim through Outsurance. I submitted the claim the 24th of January, i received an automated email stating they received all relevant documents etc and this could take up between 4-6 weeks. I followed up multiple times via email with little to no response the lastst one being I'll receive a call with the finalised details, they struggled to get ahold of the guilty part. I never received the call and sent another email which up to now i have not received any feedback on. I've been more than patient and never rude or anything but this is ridiculous! We are now in April? If i could give less than 1 star i would, my experience thus far has been beyond pathetic.
