I am appalled by the service at FNB. Firstly I was told a number of times that I don't have short term insurance even though the latest debit was yesterday. I was trying to claim for my damaged cellphone. Secondly, a FNB consultant contacted me a few months ago and upgraded my life cover. When I called I found out that the consultant had canceled the Life simplified and failed to activate the upgraded life customized. I am incredibly disappointed as this means that if I had died last week my family would have been left without any life cover despite me paying my premiums every month. I am shocked at how FNB just plays with people's lives and I would like to advise others not to go for their products. I was even told that I don't have funeral cover. I am shook!

I went to the McDonalds at Carnival Mall with my 2 sisters and my son. Oh my word! We were asked to park on the side and had to wait for 15 minutes. The ice coffee tasted horrible, all our food was cold and chips tasted like they were not fresh. It was the worst McDonald's drive thru experience
Visited FNB Mall of Africa and the service I received from Nothando was unforgettable. I am so impressed! I arrived 30 minutes before closing time yet she was imcredibly polite and patient

A consultant named Nokwanda was assisting me with reactivating my membership yesterday. She was phenomenal! Friendly and gave me such detailed information about the various plans

I was assured that the query with my temp loan would be resolved within 5 business days yet 8 business days later I am still left in limbo. I have not received assistance to date! This is after the consultant requested screenshots which I happily provided. The consultant Semakaleng then chose to ignore my email, not even the decency of a phone call! If I didn't qualify for the temp loan I would not have been upset but there is NOTHING more annoying than seeing a pre approved offer on your internet banking, app and cellphone banking yet there's issues EVERYTIME you try to access it. Even when I call in they have told me multiple times that they can see my temp loan offer but they don't know why I'm getting error messages. WHO must know??? I'm not an employee of FNB
