Why is it when you ask for a managers details from Rentoza, you never gate a reply, 4 months later I'm still waiting for theaptop that is still on special but no stock. For 4 months they still waiting for stock, for supplie, you get the same email update, and when you ask any questions then tere is no reply.
Don't even deserve a star, been over 4 months still waiting for the laptop to, get the same response every time, waiting for supplie, I would like to know if you don't have supply for over 4 month's why are you still advertising the laptop special, so how many other people order and waiting
I purchased a set of fans and controller form makro online. I had delivered a, controllers that was not working fan only one was delivered, call centre said log a return, which I did, they ask when I was available for collection give the dates the days the items was to be collected they never came, called the call center them they keep putting me on hold and then call is cut I spend over and hour of my air time trying to talk to them with no help, the bunch off *********** people that can not help. Very disappointed with the service we received. You ask for someone one incharged and conveniently they are busy IS MAKRO ONLINE A ****??? I WONDER
With them for almost 2yrs ,all the problems started with the extension of contact,they don't call you when you request at the time you are available,you can't call them cause them only have email and what's app.Now that are make ******* unauthorised debit for amount that I don't even have a subscription for ,and then are not even replying to the mail or what's app,you can even ask for a manager still no reply I'm so sick of the service I'm getting I want my refund but how do I get it the last time they debit me twice

Uber,worst service I got today an I'm a regular custom,was in an accident today 24/12/2021,hit my head got a gush that was treated on scene,the driver was not even insured,reported the incidence to uber ,and you get call from a person that can speak or understand English,all she cared to say in uber don't compensate,like really few hrs after an accident still in pain all u think off I want your money ,and not well been of ppl that actually give u business,and also they debit your account more then once and then reverse payment,don't they think of the bank charges that we have to pay.

I bought a LG 40lts combo microwave (grill and microwave),which is just over two yrs old.in June/July had to this year it was 1abd a half yrs old had to send it to replace the Magnetro and then 6months later just when the 2yr warranty expired the magnetron need to be replaced again and now they want me to pay.i understand warranty expired ,but why magneton fault so many times within the 2yrs,and LG is no help at all will not recommend LG to anyone.we spend so much money in brands we believe are good just to be let down.
