This my second complaint on this platform regarding unauthorised debit order that keeps on deducting despite cancellation. Last week Kamohelo Tsehlo respond on my hello Peter to inform me they are investigating followed by the sms stating I will get feedback within 48hours up until now no feedback. Few minutes ago I called legalwise spoke to Zanele she just transfer my call to Admin my line was was dropped.
Last year December I requested my policy to be cancelled no success January 2026 send email again a week later one of Legalwise consult called me & assured me that policy was cancelled & debit order mandate was cancelled. February & March 2026 debit order went off. Lodge complaints via email for refund no feedback even legalwise WhatsApp numbers automated responses sorry for delay no consultation available!!
Standard bank kept on handing over account 271156252 & Recalling it back and forth to different attorneys despite all communication & disputes. On the 02 August 2025 the most recent attorney's Norlam attorneys sent me an email and was advised to respond by the 04 Aug 2025 or they will take further steps, i responded on the 04 August 2025 & forwarded them my Court Order Settlement agreement regarding this account and cc Standard bank complaints department, instead of them responding to my email, Stephanie Monareng from Standard bank responded that she tried to call me i responded to request her to communicate with me in writing in reply to the email but instead she closed the complaint. Today i received email from Norlam Attorney's again ignoring my response sent on the 04 August 2025 informing me that they have received instruction from their client STANDARD BANK despite of the LEGAL BINDING Court ORDER regarding the account that was sent to all the different attorneys including most recent attorneys

Sometime in February 2025 consultant Jeanette called regarding my Standard Bank account an arrangements was made & i ensured the very first arrangements was made while disputing balance. I kept on receiving calls & sms nonstop despite of PAYMENTS made. What frustrates me the most until you make numerous follows to confirm if they have received payments they will not response to email till you send them email nonstop. Recently after making the payment i emailed MacRoberts & ask for balance instead i received incorrect balance with a reply that the arrangements that i made wont pend legal action. Still disputed sent Emails to MacRoberts &Divan Bronkhorst no feedback.
On the 7 JANUARY order was placed, Driver called me on the 13 January 2025 informing me that he was outside 10 Q..... my address & BOLDLY TOLD ME that the ONE in DURBANVILLE not as per online delivery address MEANING he knew that it was wrong addres when i told that not the correct one we told me that TAKEALOT dont DELIVER where i reside. Ive PLACE MANY ORDERS ON MY TAKEALOT ACCOUNT NOT ONCE I HAD ISSUES. BUT FOR THIS ORDER IT SEEM TO BE A HASSLE my exspouse ensured he provided correct address for one of the KIDS school shoes. He escalated the matter & made numerous follows. Even one of TAKEALOT Manager called me & assured me that he ensure it will be delivered nextday (14JANUARY 2025) till now nothing, when i tried to call the MANAGER back on that cellphone number he was avoiding my calls instead i kept on getting reschedule messages. Last message was on 15 January 2025 i was at home NOT even a Driver CALLED ME when i tracked the order... it was stated that they couldn't get ahold of me. 1. TAKEALOT Driver UNPROFESSIONAL WORSE BEHAVIOURS even hanged up the phone when i called second time & avoided my whatsapp messages 2. TAKEALOT MANAGER INCOMPETENCE not abiding to his WORD also avoided my calls 3. TAKEALOT COMPANY, INCOMPETENCE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & UNREALISTIC DELIVERY DATES Takealot order #169970135
No transparency from STANDARD BANK AND NEWTON , my acc was handed to Newton Attorney's after numerous of balance disputes, YESTERDAY it was only brought to my attention that account was recalled back to Standard bank, few days ago sent email requesting balance to personal lending collections till now no feedback. Called them was verified all authentication was correct besides COULDN'T confirm account no wasnt assisted, i called again with account number INSTEAD was TRANSFERed from different departments
This is my second Review with 1Life on hellopeter, I wouldn't recommend anyone at one life after numerous email proof sent to their complaints consultant name Nangamstos and Seipati and Lerato regarding UNAUTHORISED DEBIT order that deducted no response or resolution. Nangamsto email advising me about their findings and i rep**** with proof email regarding cancellation that was sent to Client Services on the 27 June 2024 and according to call center consultant she advised that debit order was sent the 29 June and she will escalated it till now no feedback, i even requested Nangamstos to send me call recordings till now no response instead got reminder to go for test despite of informing the lady ive cancelled the policy more than two weeks ago. Still waiting for refund!
I am so disappointed with your service, on 27 June 2024 I sent email to cancel this policy never got a rep**** 5days after no response i called your client services unprofessional consultant told me they never received email transferred me to your cancellation department. The cancellation department consultant advised that policy is cancelled and confirmed my debit order was cancellation but it went off this morning. I want my refund!!
Last month logged complaint regarding the Newtons Attorney not happy with feedback, today spoke to Collection consultant name Mamazana Tshabalala she informed that my account was with MC Robert ATTORNEYS was only recalled to Newtons 02 MARCH 2024, but there were payments paid to Newtons ATTORNEYS almost a year & half. In additional they failed to provide me actual detail statement instead Susan from Newtons ATTORNEYS advised I should go to STANDARD enquire as they don't have access to profile. I've reached point to compromise most of my monthly payments commitment & will start paying their requested arrangement as from end MAY, HOWEVER the balance needs to be reviewed and advise accurate payment amount. I will appreciate FEEDBACK regarding detail statement From hand Over of Collection agreement hand over, Newtons & McRoberts
