Pinehaven is probably the worst netcare branch On Saturday I called to enquire about antenatal care and asked if I needed to book an appointment. The lady I spoke to on the phone said I can just walk in but preferably during the week. Today I took an off day and drove all the way from fourways to pinehaven to be turned back because I was supposed to set an appointment and the nurse is not in. Why was this not communicated when I called? Was there no other gynae to assist me? Horrible service.
Worst thing you can ever do to yourself. I requested for a quote and they activated the medical aid instantly with details that aren’t correct. The agents is rude no one is assisting with resolving this issue or cancellation of the d**** medical aid that’s taken with my ID. To say I’m angry is an understatement.
I will give them a 4 star. Initially when I saw the reviews I was very negative and doubtful but I am happy with the job done on my vehicle. It took longer than I expected but nonetheless the job was done thoroughly. After complaining to my insurance I then started getting proper and consistent communication. A special thank you to my service consultant Brendel, hope he gets a bonus for the wonderful job he does with dedication and patience
Would’ve given it 5 star if it’s not for the panel beater they referred me to. I had no hassles when making the claim, I was assisted very fast and my claim was approved within 24 hours even though the excess was more than the initial one that is on my contact. I dropped off my car at Renew it, as they had insisted I use it even though I didn’t want to because I had seen their bad reviews. I took my car, it’s been more than a week with no communication from them.
My insurance had told me to take in my car for repairs with Renew It, but after seeing all these bad reviews I cannot risk it

The apartments are nice, the neighbours are great. But the problem is GCT. I just moved in but I can’t wait to move out. Blissed utilities for 350 when I moved in last week today I got a notification that it’s depleted. How? Nobody knows, I never cook I’m hardly ever home, what’s depleting the utilities
That GCT utilities company is a **** that no one wants to address. I loaded R250 on Saturday, less than a week, it has depleted. Mind you I spend my days at work, I’m hardly in the apartment, I cooked once. What the hell is depleting the units?? What happened to property companies using electricity meters and metered water
If I could give it zero I would. First of all when we were moving in we struggled with getting a key slip. After getting a key slip we moved into an apartment that wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The shower clogs and the door doesn’t close properly so it floods in your bathroom. There are roaches. I took pictures of the defects that I found in the apartment and reported it to maintenance, it’s been over a week and nothing has been done about it. I’ve been trying to sort out biometrics and the app approved for a week, no assistance at all. The area is nice, the neighbours are a delight but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m looking forward to moving out already.
Horrible! If I could give zero star I would but I’ll settle for the minimum. So, my brother took delivery of his office chair, right? But get this, when he opened the box, there were missing parts. Can you believe it? He couldn't even put together the base or the hydraulic pump. So disappointing. He reached out to the company with some pics, Snatcher’s team responded with an email saying that they’ve escalated to their supplier but to this day no solution. So much MONEY wasted. To think I wanted to order the same chair. Can we get our refund for crying outloud, cause clearly you don’t want to replace the damn chair. STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT REGRETS
