I am honestly super impressed with my Defy 13 Place Dishwasher Inox (DDW246). It has made such a big difference in my daily routine and saved me so much time and effort. The cleaning power is amazing – everything comes out spotless, even greasy pots and stubborn stains, with no need to pre-wash. It runs quietly, is easy to load, and the programmes are simple but really effective. I also love that it’s energy- and water-efficient, so I can use it regularly without feeling wasteful. And not having to stand at the sink after a long day? Absolute luxury. One of the best appliances I’ve invested in – reliable, efficient, and totally worth it. Highly recommend this Defy dishwasher!
My experience at Life Glynnwood Hospital was exceptional from beginning to end. Bianca in Casualty was an absolute angel, going above and beyond to assist us with the medical aid complications and handling the situation with compassion, patience, and professionalism. In the general ward, Sister R. Mdluli provided care that was not only friendly and efficient, but deeply sincere — she made me feel supported and cared for every single moment she was on duty. Dr Clifford was equally outstanding; his expertise, calm manner, and genuine dedication make him the best doctor I have ever dealt with, and I will never trust another general surgeon the way I trust him. Every member of staff contributed to an incredible experience — from nurses and cleaning staff to security and even the coffee shop team — all greeting with warmth and kindness. Life Glynnwood Hospital is truly fortunate to have such remarkable people who turn a stressful time into a comforting, positive experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Bonitas Medical Aid. A claim was submitted by a pharmacy on 15 July and was rejected, so I paid the R479.00 in cash. I then contacted Bonitas to claim this amount back from my savings, and was assured it would be paid directly into my account. I followed up multiple times—more than 20 calls—each time being promised that the payment was in process. I even submitted my proof of payment and a statement from the pharmacy. Despite all this, Bonitas has now informed me they paid the service provider instead, and I must now try to recover the money myself. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was told they were either in a meeting or at lunch and would call me back—but no one has contacted me. It is unacceptable that I pay R8000 every month in medical aid fees, yet I am left chasing a refund of R479.00. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is appalling. I am considering opening a formal case of theft, as I believe I have been treated unfairly and dishonestly.

My Moms car is registered under my insurance with OUTsurance, and she called me yesterday to tell me that her car had broken down on the hi way during peak hour traffic and she didn't know what to do. I sent a panic signal to OUTsurance on my app and a man by the name of Bongani called immediately, asked for my mom's number contacted her and assisted her within seconds. It took them 15 minutes to get there and to sort out my mom's problem. They hooked up my mom's car, took her and the car to the mechanics and still dropped my mom off at home safely once all things were done for the car. I just would like to thank OUTsurance for getting my mom safely off the road and home is such an amazing manor!

I just would like to thank OUTsurance and Thenus from Witfield auto for getting my mom safely off the road and home is such an amazing manor!! I will definitely spread the word and make sure more and more people hear about these amazing people!! Bongani, Thenus, OUTsurance and Witfield Auto you are all amazing!!! You guys are what makes me be proud to be a South African!!!
Never in my life have I ever experienced such shocking service at an establishment!!! 7 adults, 2 kids at 2pm when the establishment is dying down. Out of the 7 of the adults 5 order pizzas and 2 order sandwiches. When food arrives, one pizza comes out, 10 minutes later the two sandwiches come out with two more pizzas. The other 2 pizzas are no where to be seen. 15 minutes after that we are told the other 2 pizzas will be out soon as they are in the oven. I then approach the manager to complain as we have still not received our pizzas and I was told that things like this happen and there is nothing she can do about it. Fumming I go back to the table to found out the waiter forgot to put the 2 pizzas that where missing in for order at the kitchen. By this time everyone else had finished eating. Finally after 25 minutes 1 pizza comes out and when I asked where is the 2nd one that didn't come out with the rest of the food was, I was told they only put 1 in for order and not 2!! I then demanded to see the manager again and alas she does not come to the table until 15 minites later with the last pizza arriving, explaining to us that the pizzas were not put in for order and therefore nothing could be done until she knew the order was in. Later on when one of the adults at the table went inside to use the facilities, she over heard the manager talking to one of her male waiters about how pathetic our table was and that she cannot handle customer's like us. I guess that's what happens when you have children running your establishment instead of trained staff. I will never step foot into The parks ever again, and I will tell everyone I know about how disgusting and unprofessional the service is. I do understand mistakes happen but how you handle it is a whole different ball game, and that manager has no idea how to treat patrons, nor handle situations that are the establishments to blame. Absolutely shocking!!!
I have never heard such rubbish In my life!!! I Bought an online data bundle from FNB for my partner. Once the payment went through I realized that the wrong service provider was selected (Vodacom instead of MTN) which was the mistake on my side and I accept that but when I contacted the service center for the them to assist me with the problem they told me there is nothing they can do on their side as the purchase has been made and that I need to accept that mistakes happen. When I said to them that I accept that I made the wrong purchase and that I am willing to just take the Vodacom data and give it to someone else they told me they CANNOT give me the data!!!. So the have taken my R99 rand and I get NOTHING in return!!! They said there is nothing they can do on their side so I have wasted my money. Ive learnt that it is not safe to buy online with FNB AT ALL!!!! I think it is disgusting!! and when I told them myself and my partner will be changing banks because we do not bank with banks who steal our money, they were happy enough to say that's fine please go to your branch and close your account!! these are people who deal with our money!! GOOD BYE FNB!!!
WOW WOW WOW that's all I have to say. I have never experienced such good service anywhere in my life. The Staff at pick and pay northmead are friendly and extremely helpful. From the bakery, to the butchery to the fresh produce to the packers, tills and managers. Everyone greeted asked if they could help. and this is not just one time, its every time I walk into that shop. so I would like to say WELDONE Pick and pay Northmead in Benoni. Places could learn an thing or two from you!!!
