Lodges a complain on their website and still no one came back to be regarding the issue, Client Notification #5209
I lodged a complain about their white bread squares but up until now no response. The squares tasted funny and it tasted as if they dusted the bread in some awful tasting flour. I love the squares as it is easy and convenient but this time it tasted horrible. Even after eating the first sandwich I made the bread made my mouth so dry that I needed liquid to wash it off.
I tried phoning but holding on for 10 minutes. They pick up the phone and just drops the call. This hapened twice now. I requested my debit order to go off on the 1st of Every month but now I get messages stating I am behind. I only get paid the last day of the month - is that so hard to understand.
We went shopping instore this morning at Pick n Pay The Verge Shopping Center. They say if you spend R500 or more you get a scratch card on your ASAP app but there is nothing. Our stuff was over R500 but no scratch card. We've done exactly as the add show but no scratch card.
1934933 - lodged a complain about over charging on items that was on special but not one still has come back to me. Greenstone Hyper this is not the first time that this happens. When an item is on special they do not charge the special price but the normal price.
I bought 3 boxes of your frozen pies at Makro this weekend. What a dissapointment when I opened the box and most of the pies is broken. How do you bake a broken pie? I have lodged a complain on your website but no one came back to me? What quality are you selling to your customers?
We went to Pick 'n Pay Hyper in Greenstone Mall yesterday. We bought pies that was clearly stated at the pie counter 2 for R50. When we got to the tills to pay they charged us R104 because we bought 4 pies. When we queried it the cashier was very rude to us and said that is the right price. After we told her to go and look at the pie counter she refused. She called the supervisor which is even more rude to us as the cashier. She told us to pay for the pies and go to the refund counter and claim a refund for the R4. Usually when this happens they change the price and you pay the right price. I just left the pies and left. This store will never see me again as their staff is very rude and have a no care attitude towards the customers.
I pay my account on time every month and I even pay extra on my account. Every single month by the 16th I get phone calls asking me to make arrangements paying my account. And sms's to pay my account. This is ridiculous as my account is not even in arrears. I feel like stop paying the account and then give them a reason to phone me.
I cancelled my contract twice already and still it is not cancelled. I am on the verge of cancelling all my contracts with Vodacom and go some where else. How many times must you phone and cancel a contract and in the mean time we have to keep on paying for something the we dont want. Today again I phoned to cancel and the lady said she did cancel it and I will receive an sms and email. Which up until now I did not receive. Worst service ever.
I keep on getting SMS's stating that I need to pay my account. I did pay my account. Its not even month end and they want payment already. I did not even receive my statement from last month yet. Pathetic.
