Terrible service and communication

I am not happy about their service at all at this branch. to book a minor service and they only change engen oil and oil fitler thats worth R2244.00. I have sent emails complaining about this they all explainings something far from my complaints, about 3 superious.

Web africa: Portable router issues

I normally refer clients and help them with queries indipendantly however i am struggling with the areas without fibre. Two of my clients, one ended canceling for the late payment and they never restored the network kept on sending him to telkom saying a sim card was suspended . The second one was on a special for 449 for 3 month and then 559 later , they deducted a 1008.00. The communication is bad for both cases

Terrible service and poor communication

I claimed last week friday send everything i have been following up the whole week and they kept on saying today or tomorrow from tuesday same statement untill today. i phoned today and the lady says she is going to phone me back untill i phoned again and they kept transfering me. only to find out my claim is rejected beacause they cover minor scratch and dent. i need my 2 months intallment back and cancel this policy.

Worst service

i was phoned by this guy and wanted me to join we agreed to join and he made join the warantee insurance. i did not want that and i saw a authentication from the app i called to cancel everything and now they deducted R264.00 i want my money back because they made me to join. i am on the phone now to enquire to cancel and refund. i have handed over to cancelleations and 25 minutes listening to a Radio with my airtime. and i want my refund.

BNA Worst expreince

I bought a car from them on 2021, and the intallment was a bit hight so they offer cash back deal financial assistant for the year. i never received the money. i went to thier brantch many time and they made me feel new forms . i was assisted by a manager from other bratch. i received the money for 5 months and then it stopped agai. they still owe R7000.00 which for 7 months that were remaining.

i hate their service: cartrack

They have a terrible customer service. they made me pay for the tracker that was removed by hijackers from 23 October 2023 and they never on the scene. like they say the send arm responce. On the same day i could not enter into the app, it kept saying they are busy tracking my car. When i did the ivestigation they asked a technicaian he the told me the device is missing on Febraury 2024. they asked me to pay R1200,00 i f want to continue , i said no i am no longer intered. they month they deducted telling me that i am on arreas. i phoned to tell them to cancel they still want to to deduct this month and cancell or the tracker that is not even there.
