I purchased a pair of airforce 1's during black friday in November 2025. Until this day I have not received a refund, apology or my shoes. The order shows delivered, but I never received anything. It's going for 3 months now, and I still ahve not received a refund, or shoes! This service is so pathetic. I will never ever pruchase on Nike.com again, they are a bunch of Theives!!!!!1
I placed an order with Makro online on the 31st of January 2025 and delivery was promised on Thursday 6 February 2025 which was not the case, i called on Thursday the lady advised that she's putting my order on high priority and ensure that it get's delivered which was not the case. Today 7 February 2025 I called again first thing in the morning and i was ensured they will hand over my package to the courier today and ensure that i will get my delivery today, then i called again at 17:45 Pm and i was advised my package is still with the 3rd party supplier and has not been handed to courier and i should expect it Monday!, this is totally unacceptable and ridiculous being **** to from one agent to the other!!! this is such bad service, why make a delivery promise and take my money and throw me around with my package after i had to make arrangements for someone to be present at home to receive delivery which did not happen yet im being inconvenienced and nothing is being done by Makro to fix this, it is unprofessional to be selling a service that is not true.
I ordered vir MrD at nandos Adderley street cape town Cbd I ordered the boujee bowl with avo pulled chicken and grilled halloumi. What I recieved was avo and chicken with 4 small cubes of feta cheese! Unbelievable that I paid Moore tha R100 for a meal this small with wrong cheeses not what they advertise at all
I'm so fed up with this company. If they don't debit before the time or multiple times then they message and cut your service ls saying you did not pay. But every month they debit my account and yet for the third time this month I'm having this issue again after talking to three different agents to correct this. All of them are *********** I've been waiting for 4 months to speak to the manager it's insane!
I am so sick of this company! I barely started my services with these people my WiFi is not even active for a full week and already I have endless problems with these guys with pathetic customer services the only phone line that works is for sales for christ sake! I am fed up after my services went active on Saturday evening the 08/06/2024 (more than a month after I signed up end of April) the very Monday there after the 10/06/2024 they have been debiting my account without authorisation on a date that I did not set for or authorise them to debit my account. They debited my account 3 times! Send my account straight into arrears and left me with heavy banking fees! It is pathetic, ********* and *****ulent. As a result of not receiving any feedback from them or how they will fix this I have no other choice but to report it as ***** to my bank account because who's going to pay that R400 in banking fees for failed debit orders made by Webafrica! This business is a big flop they just rob and lie to people they are ******* my services is not even active for week! I want to cancel everything but no one answers I barely started with these guys if is crazy!
All Vumatel providers sucks! After cancelling services with vox due to them not being able to meet my demands I switched to web africa more than a month ago and to this day I have not recieved Andy activation for my fibre! When I interacted they could sign me up very fast I even recieved my router the very next day after I already paid administration fee. The consultant told me that should I not be activated within a week my administration fee would be returned and up until this day I'm waiting, because I paid admin fees for a service that is not active. Everytime they claim they waiting on vox to release the line because it shows active service yet vox has been canceled more than 2 months ago! The release date of my line on vox statement showed for Today 6/6/24 yet I've been trying since 8am to get hold of web africa yet willy the bot only responds to my messaged Pathetic I now must speak to a ****ing AI generator! Tried calling and while waiting they direct you to WhatsApp and the call ends! PATHETIC SERVICE! I SWITCHED PROVIDERS BECAUSE OF BAD SERVICE BUT YET WEB AFRICA'S SERVICE IS JUST A BAD AS THE REST AND YET I HAVE NO ****ING INTERNET!
The most pathetic services I ever recieved in my life! - my problems started when I lost my phone. I had to get a new phone with a new number so obviously my WiFi account with vox were registered on my old cell. On Numerous occasions I tried contacting them via phone call, via WhatsApp and via email for an entire 2 months the only thing I recieved was all our agents are currently busy, does not matter what time of the day or the amount of hours you spent and then at 5pm their offices close. I've been left without Internet due to not being able to pay my account because I had no payment details and could not change my account details to pay it. I tried getting in contact with various departments just to recieved no assistance. To top it off my services were switched off due to non payment because of their pathetic services. Short before long I recieved a cancellation notice from them via email yet they could not respond to my thousand emails and now they want me to pay a bill from March up until June and still expect me to used their services Pathetic! When I emailed to cancel I recieved a mail back instantly with a bill and a date they will release my line which is another month! Pathetic! Now I can not get another fibre provider because they are blocking my line I've been without Internet for months! This is the worst provider ever their network is ****ty always buffer and then they still have extremely poor customer service! This is the worst company ever I would not ever recommend vox to anyone!
