Friday I checked in at Sun Square hotel gardens.We had buffet dinner which was horrible. Beef tubed was unchewable it's like cat food even by the lookings. Roasted pork which was burnt outside and even the chef was struggling to cut it. Even by the looks it was horrible. I never experience such a think in a hotel I expected much for dinner the fly was all over the pork dish even showed the chef. Breakfast was much better but juice and water not even cold. Standard is not even middle is very low I think you need to do better guys, I am very disappointed. Otherwise I was happy for my stay nonetheless

I am still waiting for my policy to be cancelled which I asked this first week of Jan still it's not, and I told you do not deduct anything from my account still you not doing the cancellation
I took policy last year i think it was March or April. I was introduced by an agent who we know in our community. The policy was for the elderly over 60 years and it was R100 on promotion. I completed application and the agent advice i should pay at absa provided me with banking details and i must use my grandma ID. So my mom keep on paying at absa but my worry was we dint know if this policy was active or not because when i tried to contact the agent last year his number was not working but lucky early this year he came at Langa and I spoke with him about this so he said he will check at Elsies branch if application was submitted. So he called me that application was not captured and requested receipts. I sent receipts and some were not clear enought to see but there were 8 receipts but he promise to speak with them and to capture and activate the policy. Also advice my mom not to pay until this is sorted out. So my mom didnt pay Jan - Feb i think so when the agent said ut was updated my mom started to pay double for the missed premiums up until may so she will pay R200 to cover other months and she will pay at guguletu branch and account was active. Again agent keep on asking me to send receipts and gave me a number to Whatsapp the other branch they keep in telling me that we must pay for a month which we disputed because we are not behing and they sent me the screen how the payments from Jan which shows my mom paid 200 in march for jan snd Feb again 200 for march and april but still i dont understand what need to be paid whereas it clearly shows on the system. Again the agent keep on coming at my place about the receipt which are not clear but im telling them you can see this was for the payment for this policy and at absa there is nothing they can do because the receipt now are wiped and before you told us that they can see payments on the system. Again i think early this month he watsp me asking to pay for a month im asking ehat month this is tiring and we have been going on and on about this i am tired seriously and he told me the policy will lapse how us that after all my mom has paid 8 months last year and also paid all the months this year. So when she went to the branch first week of the month on the grant day she was told policy has lapsed. I am not happy with the service i am receiving from you and its 6 mnths full we have been trying to sort out this problem what if something happens to my grandma then what please sort this out before i take further steps
I did laybye at Archive in March in century city and deposited R200 for nike top. The assistant told me the system is not working so they will do it manually and gave me receipt. I was not in cape town for past months so when I came to take out my laybye last month I was told they dont have anything at the back nor the system. I was very surprised they tried to look for it so they told me probably the old employee didnt even do it abd took the money and the ols staff was fired. The guy at the shop promised to call me during the week after because he called other branch to bring to cape town it's a month now no call nothing. I have wasted my money my time ti go to archive ar century and now they are quite, because it was a 2 piece, the tight i laybe at Cavendish and top in century not i only have tight without top, tell me what its happening I did not expect kind of service i am very disappointed with archive hiring *******, think by laybye your stuff and money is safe
I have been sending my feedback and they are calling me but due to my not being avail on weekdays so i thought they should WhatsApp me or email as i did send my feedback on their website with receipt number and i dont have the receipt now and i want to be contacted via email at thulangmoshoeshoe@yahoo.com
Hi on the 11/07/24 I bought bag of chicken mixed portion and they didt have the one i wanted, so they told me they have bad of thighs for 500 3x5kg and told me the chicken will come nextweek and even the other county fair at the back they dont so i took the chicken because i didnt have choice its time and petrol money to come there. So my mother complained about flavor of the chicken but i was not at home for the past weeks,so Sunday I was back home and the chicken taste was very bad tasteless no flavor and my aunt also sent me message i should contact you guys, i am so disappointed as i am customer for years
I am mot have with the service I got from their staff on Sunday about 2 pm, i have to wait 30 minutes for spicy chicken where as I was advised its 20 mins and I was on lunch which i had to be late. When I arrive at work only given normal chicken, also o have email a complain about this on Sunday and i was called but i was mot available so if you can respond here I will be very happy because the service was very poor . On my complain i did put order number and everything
I am so disappointed with old mutual, i have been asking for my refund its been 3 months now no assistant. I have been in and out from the bellville branch to cancel this policy but they keep on deducting and i have been asked to write a letter and promised my money for 3 months till today i need my money please
