Very unprofessional in service wasting time & taking advantage and no recommended, the lady Keila Traut requested my private & confidential documents, upon submitting my FICA & source of funds, changed everything we agree on property,& she confirmed that I am a buyer with highest offer however failed to fulfill their contract terms & conditions, which state that a buyer with higher offer get a house, he **** and said he is a joke mandate but later changed & said the apartment is sold by other agent I have to increase my offer. They are not prossional.
Date: 24/06/2025 time: 19:28 the bad attitude from the staff, you wait from the intercom to place order you will hear them laughing from the background & later on take wrong orders, they will not even apologize but to keep you waiting from the parking, because you are complaining about their bad service and taking wrong orders. It is not the first time I'm having bad service in this chicken licken. However I stay in the area and it's the only one with a drive-thru, very unprofessional staff. I get worried everytime I go to this chicken licken. One day they told me I must drive to park & walk in the shop. It's Mt last order to this chicken licken. Shift 1 ,Assisted by Sibongile order#1223. You will never see me again to this chicken licken.
Dear Sir/Madam To whom it may concern. I reached out to your business Fasion Fusion to show my unsatisfactory made by your Floor Shop Assistants. Unfortunately, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior and mockery at one of your retail shop in Woodmead Shopping Centre (Midrand) JHB. There's a lot of staff on the floor and it was not busy at the time I went to do my shopping, however I have been using this store every month to buy clothes. I know that I may not be that important, but your shop has lost one of the regular client. I was at your shop on the 06/07/2024 at 16:45 and I was looking for tracksuit top & bottom. There were 2 staff who didn't show any interest in assisting me as I even ask for some items I was looking for, the only response was mockery, laughter and disrespect. One cashier came and Assisted me after she have noticed the bad behavior and mockery. My wife lost all his interest as she didn't even purchase as she was also looking for tracksuit. I am very concerned about how you going to lose customers one by one due to unprofessional Floor staff. If you would like to take this further I would like to request you to go through your cctv and look at the left side of the the shop on the date and time mentioned above. The lady who is a cashier apologized as I mentioned, how I felt about the disrespectful and mockery of staff. I would like if you attend to complaints like this, as it will have negative impact on the sales at your shop.
We bought a Suzuki Swift by finance early 2023 December. I experience the worse service this company, They give us a permit & it expired without getting registered plate & disk, I have to drive from Kempton Park to them only to find out that it's not ready, they always promised to call back but they never contact you for any feedback. They gave us a second permit when it was about to expire I followed up on registered plate & disk, they told me it will be ready within that week. They didn't give us a copy of Logbook, when I'm asking for it they are ignoring us. I further reminded them nothing until we contacted our finance bank & we were assisted within 10 minutes. They are so ******** & they told me from the first day I collect the car that I can use other Suzuki for services, but they didn't refer Mr to the nearest Suzuki when I was applying for vehicle finance, they even said I mustn't look other places, but after the success of sales they start pushing you away. I really regret buying a car from Hatfield Suzuki. They don't care.
I am being harassed by this company sending emails & sending text to my wife number that I am handed over to them, their contacts are not reachable. Their email collections@bornmanmarlo.co.za ,this company told me that I have a sportscene account while I don't have any TFG account. I don't know why this company is so unprofessional & harassing people, they always look for something and want you to confirm your ID and birth. This company is a ****.

DERKA MIDRAND, The staff is rude at the counter, I had experienced the worst in the morning. I arrived the lady just gaze at me and rudely asked who gave me a form, if they want to only do car dealers they must tell individuals not to come to their Workshop. They are friendly with car dealers and they treat individuals so bad we were sitting on the seats I had conversation with one guy who also said the staff are rude not friendly to people.
Good day I am being harassed by this company for quietly some time, they are calling me for Mix Telematics and I have explained to them about the issue I had in 2021 with the tracking device I had with Mix Telematics. I don't know what they want exactly as they are asking me questions like researching my history with Mix Telematics. Please can you assist me I am tired of their emails and calls.
