I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment. I have spent over four days trying to apply as a new Bolt driver. Despite being told I had a “permanently suspended account,” I have never been a Bolt driver before. I only had a rider account and was applying to drive for the first time. Here’s what I’ve gone through: Repeatedly blocked by technical errors during sign-up — on both the app and desktop. Sent screenshots, videos, and all required documents (CarScan, DEKRA inspection, license with PrDP, police clearance, etc.). Spent over R1,000 of my own money to meet their requirements — wasted. Received contradictory responses: “no account exists,” then “you already have an account,” then “you’re permanently suspended.” When I request the account to be deleted or escalated, I’m sent in circles — “use the app,” which doesn't work. Asked multiple times when this supposed account was created and received no clear answer. Even after receiving login PINs, the app refuses to proceed to the next step — for more than 72 hours now. I have requested a senior specialist to investigate and assist, and Bolt continues to provide copy-paste responses with no ownership or resolution. This has caused unnecessary financial loss, stress, and wasted hours. I’ve never seen such a poor, dismissive customer experience from a company of this size. If Bolt does not intend to onboard new drivers, they should say so. Otherwise, they need to be held accountable for technically flawed processes, lack of escalation, and unjust rejection of legitimate applicants. I will be sharing this experience with consumer rights channels and across public platforms if this is not resolved urgently.
I am delighted to share that the customer service at Modern Auto Parts is absolutely top notch the assisted me accordingly with my return. I would recommend that one should make use of their platform. They are so helpful.
Talk about one company that will beat around the bushes when requesting to cancel your contract. Very annoying and disappointing. They are absolutely good at ignoring consumer rights but not customer support. I absolutely advise not do do business with these people.
These guys their internet packages are ok. Now this is what you must not do with them else they will show you flames. Don't pay them in advance they will not notice that the account has been paid they'll debit if there's nothing because you have paid them in advance they'll invoice you with R0.00 for the upcoming month to blind you, thereafter double charge you plus unfair penalties thereafter. I warned them about, they chose not to listen, and I want them debit what is owed to them not later than today 31/07/2024 and I will later claim the penalties they have unfairly charged against me. No body speaks, manipulates and exploits. Service provision before hypocritical tendencies. Hello Peter is not the last stop more is coming for them, They better finish what they have started.

This is one of the most poorest courier company in terms of delivery Shipment: UAEKHHSH has not be delivered till today July the 12th of July 2024 although it landed in East London on July the 8th 2024 at 08:19am. I have been following up with the still my parcel has not been delivered. You phone the head office they do not even pick up the phone. Utterly nonsensical.
Percy Dlamini His Highness in customer service from the moment he sent me an offer to purchase I knew my deal on my 2022 FIAT TIPO CITY LIFE 5DR would go well, as we proceeded with the deal all that I could pick was high levels of transparency on my deal. The day came for me to catch a bus from East London to Durban to Umhlanga to collect my FIAT TIPO, when I got to their dealership it was an experience I still talk about to my colleagues till today from the 24th of April 2024. When I met Percy the respect I received was a cherry on top as he again explained every aspect of my deal even after sales he kept to the promise that the money I will spend on my license disc and license plates will be refunded and so that was done. There's a lot I can tell about this gentleman Percy. Satish His Excellency in customer service this gentleman explained each and every aspect on the finance of my FIAT TIPO what came out of his mouth was not only a word of mouth but he showed me documentation (PODIUMS) on how he negotiated my finance deal with the banks what a gentlemen he is, and when we had a conversation over the telephone he was an absolute gentleman full of respect. Not only did I notice high levels of professionalism with these two gentlemen but also the rest of the staff as one gentlemen who also worked for SMG BMW Umhlanga saw me parked by the side of the road while I was trying to navigate my way out of Umhlanga to East London, he stopped his vehicle and stepped out to ask me "am I ok".... The car that I have attached a picture for is the car I enquired about on the 19 of April 2024 going for R 209 900 milage 15025 km. They told me the car was available and I summitted the document they requested from me. Two hours later they told me I was approved, They asked me when do I want to fetch the vehicle I said tomorrow I can be in Midrand. They said its ok they prep the vehicle, 1 hour thirty minutes later they phoned they said how about I come to fetch the vehicle on Monday April the 22th 2024 I said its ok fine. Right after 15H00 exactly on the same day on April the 19th 2024 they phoned they requested to push the collection date to Tuesday April the 21th 2022 stating that they thought they had the vehicle on the floor. I said its ohk. On Monday they at 17:21 they sent me pictures of a dusty vehicle also attached and if you zoom in you'll notice that the vehicle has 25000km on the odometer reading I did not reply to these as I have already started to enquire about another vehicle that was a year old than this one. When Grand Central Motors contacted me on a Tuesday the 24th I rejected their deal. Not only did was I irritated by the milage of the vehicle they sent me pictures for but also they added extras worth about R20 000. Mind they never asked me whether they should add those extras. When they phoned me I said thank you I have already found what I was looking for there was no transparency with your deal no Offer To Purchase, invoice, Podium sent to my emails. Three weeks later 14 May 2024 I noticed that they have re-posted the vehicle I initially enquired about which had 15025km after they have removed it from both their website and changecars.co.za. Now they are pricing it at R229 900 how amusing, (I have been observing their website and other car websites, theses guys are hypocrites) I believe this norm is a Gauteng province thing I have noticed and experienced such with both grand central motors and we buy cars. To whom ever it may concern at Grand Central Motors, consumers are now open minded all that they need is transparency, honesty and good service. I bet people from the Eastern Cape, East London are undermined at your dealership. The pictures that I have attached explains your manipulation.
