i have been a loyal client of Nedbank forever , but i have been denied OVerdraft. I need the overdraft to sort out few debts , but My very own bank is not assisting me, i am thinking of switching
I made arrangements with African bank to pay R1100 this month and as always they went and debited their own amount. Then the next thing they send a message to tell me about two pots to settle their debt. I think it's about time the Consumer protection to hear about the harassment we get from this bank, you make arrangements and you get 1000 calls from their unprofessional agents that are rude towards the clients. African bank, kindly refund the difference. I am so exhausted by you guys.
Discovery, I was told two months ago that the funds that were taken our of my savings whilst I was in hospital will be refunded back, but I keep getting a cold response about Discovery awaiting for the hospital case manager and the hospital manager has send all the necessary but everytime Discover tells me the same story. Can my query be resolved in 24 hours please
African Bank, I am still awaiting for my refund, I have been advised on the 21st till now nothing, instead I keep getting calls from rude consultan9
Multichoice, you are charging us so much money and for such a horrible service, I switched to the price lock and was charged a pro-rata that I have no idea about, they also didn't debit on the 01st and I called and was advised to go and pay a certain amount and they will fix that next month the debit order will go off, and I paid that amount and my my services were reconnected as today I have been switched off and no notification or anything, cause after I paid I was told of the new balance on the 01st of July. And today it is a different story. I am being told of short payments that I was not even aware of as they don't even send me messages or any updates. I was told that there was a migration fee that I was told of and was also advised that the matter has been referred to the supervisor and the supervisor will call me before 5 and no one has bothered to call me. I have been a loyal customer for years and I cannot believe the treatment that I am receiving.
Didn't I really have to complain on Hello Peter for my refund to be done. God knows that I would like to write off the accounts with you. Also, please tell your consultants to learn how to speak to clients and not harass them the way they harrased me. They were being rude to me and raising their voice, telling me how my account is in arrears.
I was in hospital in March from the 04th to the 16th and for some odd reason Discovery captured that I was discharged on the path of march and the dietitian consultation was taken off my savings, I called the hospital and they told me that they have submitted the necessary documents to discovery only to find that discovery are putting me from pillar to post and telling me the story that they are awaiting the case manager and I am the one that keeps following up and till today end of May it is still not fixex. DISCOVERY, I am so disappointed, I have been your me ever from 2006 can someone please attend to my query a d give me feedback
I am horrified by the African Bank service, I have logged a refund since last week Tuesday and I was told that it has been escalated and I have been following up and was told that it has been escalated and I will be called and no one has called, I followed up again today, same story, African Bank, please do my refund please. I fi had the money that I owe you believe me I will settle your accounts first thing in the morning and never again and never again do business with such a horrible institution
