Vodacom does not have any means of cancelling a contract from overseas. They have made it absolutely impossible to do this - its appears part of their plan to keep people paying monthly. I have sent numerous emails, used their useless chatbot and called multiple South African numbers only for them to not lead anywhere. Why do this to people who no longer need your services?
I used Fastway Couriers through another online sales platform to deliver goods purchased from me, and it was dismal. They have zero communications (no sms, no email, no phone calls). Additionally, I purchased a standard sleeve which was not received, hence I had to send a shoebox with the goods inside. The driver did not know much about how deliveries are to be done, constantly on the phone with his supervisor. If you want to receive poor service and zero communications, then use Fastway.
COE are completely useless. No power in Meyersdal for more than 24hrs, and they do nothing. Need to make multiple calls only to be told they don't know about it. How many times do I need to log a call in order for these incompetent people to actually do their jobs. They sit around and do nothing, and get paid. Completely useless.
The Proper Team is in the business of stealing deposits due to landlords. I used the Proper Team to place a tenant. They placed the tenant but refused to pay the deposit. This is how they make their money, by stealing deposits. Look at all the other reviews, and you will see the trend. Do not trust them. Don't use their services.
One of my cards is about to expire. After receiving an sms from FNB that this card cannot be renewed, I have tried to renew the card online and via the FNB chat facility. There has not been any assistance from FNB. Your chat facility just leaves me hanging with no interaction from your staff. Your phone numbers simply send me a link to the app's chat facility which ends up being useless. Is this really the service I should expect to receive from FNB?
The rental giant is an illegal company and is not registered with the EAAB. They did not perform proper checks on tenants, and placed an illegal immigrant from Nigeria within my unit who used a fake ID document. The illegal immigrant looked completely different from the person in the ID. They further refused to pay back the placement fee after I had to kick out the illegal tenant myself. Dealing with Marizia Da Silva, Lesley Schuit and Corrie Hurter was completely unprofessional and appalling. As a Landlord or Tenant, my advice is to stay away from this company and its "rental agents". They are not qualified and will not provide you with the service a rental agency is supposed to provide.

I recently took out car insurance with Outsurance, the service advisor was Arne Jooste who assisted me with no hassel. Excellent service! Keep it up!

On 13 Jan 2016, I renewed my cell phone contract at the Vodacom Pavilion branch in Durban. I spoke to the salesperson (Abdullah Khan) and I paid the R150 admin fee and signed the contract. I was told that my contract would start on the 1st Feb 2016.

My contract has not been renewed/processed as yet. I am still being charged my old contract rates.

This type of service is unacceptable. I plan to move to another telecommunications provider.
As I have signed a contract to start on Feb 1, the non-delivery from Vodacom is a breach of contract.

Absolutely poor service delivery!
