Around August Sound Louder technicians installed an audio system in my Merc. The front camera of the system stopped working in November 2023. I have been contacting them through email and WhatsApp asking them to come fix the problem but they are not responding to any of my correspondence! This was a very expensive product for me to be experiencing such horrible support from the Sound Louder company.
NorthG Solar in collaboration with AXSUN installed fake 540W Canadian Solar Panels on my property after I paid them R280K for my solar solution installation on 14 November 2022. I have repeatedly contacted them to come and rectify the fraudulent installation and instead of coming they continually keep making lousy excuses.
Bought basket ball rims in July 2022. In Jan 2022 one of the rims snap on the matter rim. I take the rim back to the store as it is still under warrantee so it can be replaced. The gent attending (22 Jan 2013) to my issue at the store tells me I have to bring the whole structure as they can't replace the rim only and have to replace the whole structure. After some lengthy argument with me trying to convincing it is not necessary to replace the whole rim structure, I give up and leave to go collect the whole structure for the rim. By the time I get back the gent who said I should go fetch the whole structure has left the store already and now I have to be helped by another person who tells me she can't process the replacement as some key deciding managers are not available. I ask her to contact the decision makers over the phone and request for their assistance to process the replacement. She after some ten minutes tells me she has tried everything and unfortunately can't help me so I have to return on Monday(23 Jan 2013). I then leave the rim and its whole pole structure and backboard with her and ask her to call me when the replacement rim is ready for me to collect. Today around 11h00 she phones me to inform me her management says they are only going to replace the broken part! I find this extremely offensive and inconveniencing to me. Decathlon must stop wasting my time and replace the whole rim structure as they had insisted when I had brought only the broken part... but they said I must being the whole rim structure because they have to replace it all.
AXSUN Solar was contracted to install 16KW Solar system at my house. They collaborated with NorthG to implement the work on the 14th November 2022. Unfortunately they left without completing the work and providing a COC certificate as agreed would happen. No design documents for the solar system were provided either. I also later discovered they had installed fake Canadian Solar Panels that provided far less power than the 540W that they had quoted and charged me for. Since the day of the installation I have been in constant contact with the companies requesting them to come replace their fake panels with the ones they charged me for and fix many other problems with the system, unfortunately they keep making promises to come but never actually come to fix the issues. I am busy now opening a fraud case against the two companies so I can receive justice since my trying to talk to them to do the right thing has not worked.
Placed my order with a car audio system named Sound Louder. The order cost approximately R20K! Order ID: 4250 Date Added: 04/06/2022 To date they've been ducking and diving setting up fake installation appointments they knew very well they were not going to honor. My close to R20K is gone... no installation... no response to emails... no response to phone calls... no response to online chat on their website. A lady by the name Palesa sometimes answers the phone and then tells me she is going to investigate the status of my order, and will come back to me in 30 minutes, but never gets back to me. For the past 6 months MWEB has not been able to deliver the 100Mbps download I pay them for every month. To make matters worse the poorly performing connection is also very unstable, disconnection my VPN to the office randomly during the day, and disrupting my kids online schooling making it very difficult for them to follow their lessons. Further more. The support personnel often respond to ticket requests for help on their horrible service a week later or two! I think the company should just close down. Their service is worse than government at its worst. So unfortunate as the company used to deliver so well some two years ago. How they got to be such a never ending nightmare puzzles.
The company is a scam. Taking chances with people's appliances. I paid them over R6000.00 to fix my Samsung fridge, and they failed dismally to fix it but took my money!!! The Arnold, the supposed fridge guru, now avoids my calls to him. The last time he came he started accusing me of having used someone else to fix the fridge in his absence which is utter nonsense. I suppose he has run out of guessing what it is he can replace next. The dude is a con-artist always making noise about his supposedly "super" history and experience fixing fridges... but failing to fix a fridge for over a year!!! Some people's means of survival is just straight out parasitic. I have been contacting Samsung to lay a complaint as they are the ones who referred me to Onalds. Samsung itself has a horrible call center that either doesn't hear you during the call, or tells you they'll call you but never does. But I'm going to pursue the matter to the end... no scumbag is going to rob me win broad day light.
I'm now more than ever convinced that NetFlorist is just a hyped up piece of crap that doesn't quiet deliver on its paid promise. I paid a heavy price for flowers to be delivered yesterday around 9am. I requested in the order that the flowers be delivered by 14h00. At 14h56 I received an email update that the flowers are on the way to their destination!!! Besides being already late, that was the last i heard of the follower's whereabouts. Day light robbery... Sickening! This is not the first time, but I promise it's the last...
A whole month has gone by with countless calls to my private banker at Standard Bank requesting my bank statement for the past year in CSV format.
