Pick and Pay steals your money you suppose to earn on your p&p card. Within the few rands saved are deleted if not used. What a scam
Parking payment and booths terrible. Either the booms are not working or the payment booths are non operational. Poor poor. Everyday, no matter early or late. Losing clients in droves
Wanted to have my blood pressure tested at DisCem Blue Crane in Alberton. They wanted to charge me R75 to R125 for a 1min test. What a rip-off as I am a pensioner.
Went to Checker Mooiriver Potchefstroom. What a lot of incompetent staff. Bought pancakes. Waite 20min at the counter. Then spoke to the manager which called a senior staff member to assist. She was rude, made us stand outside her door for another 10min. Went back to manager who gave the staff member a instruction to help. The staff member just walker away. The outcome was that I phoned the branch manager who came out his office, gave us back our monies and resolved the problem. This was after been sent from pillir to post for 40min. Utter rubbish and incompetent

Pathetic service. Opened a acc Jan 2022. Received cards but they could not activate the app. Which means I could not receive a otp to activate the account. Spend a hour the first time without success. Today 6 Jan 2023 went to SB The Glen. Waited 89min to see a consultant. Spend another 40 min without success. Simone.arnold@standardbank.co.za was the consultant. She was inattentive, chatting to the consultant next to her the whole time. About her drivers license, her policies that she must update otherwise her parents are going to inherit all her money and on on on she went. She could not find the problem and could not activate the app. Misspelled her own email twice! Told me she does not know what to do and even if she calls her call center she would have to spend the whole day with it. When leaving I asked what I should do, and if I should just tear up the cards, she agreed with a nod. I went to reception and asked for the complaints book which was not available. Was told to speak to the manager if I had a complaint. Waited 15 min before Steven at reception told me the manager is busy. What a waste of time.
Pick & Pay underhand and corrupt. When having to give feedback on Hello Peter, they place a comment that it is private. What a lot of rubbish. The private comment reads P&P will contact you! Which never happens! This way they dont let all clients see their response which is a lot of underhanded.
Pick n Pay steals your money. I have not used my points on my card for a full year. Was yesterday told that my points expire. What a load of rubbish. There is no value in using your card. You as a client thinks that you receiving a money value, But it get cancelled within 7 days! a total dishonesty towards clients. Shame on U

Parking entrance ticket booths out of order every second day. The enter and exit ticket booths mal function more than 3 times a week. This is consistent for the last 3 months. Second to that the pay booths inside the Mall are either off line or not in operation more often than none. Its makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience
