I've been on prepaid/ easypay since last October 2025. It's now 2026 January 25 and this ****in idiots tells me my line is not active and that I need to order a new one. So every month on the 25th I pay my wifi because of prepaid/ easypay. Today was my date for paying and when I went on to pay this morning it wasn't allowing me. I tried 5 times and still the same issue. So I thought maybe it's a problem with capitec. I contacted capitec and they said it's a problem with the easypay number. At 9 this morning I went on the webafrica WhatsApp I was only attended to at 1 ok well and good it's a weekend and what not I understood. I gave in my details for them to access my account and apparently my account is not active... How the **** is that possible? I asked why they said it was canceled BY WHO? The guy just says that I need to order a new one. Who the hell gave url the right to cancel my account. How the hell is my account not active it's been running for ****in years and now this. What kind of a ***** company is this. Yourl don't know your **** from urls faces looks like. My brother works from home and the wifi is needed and now I get this **** stories I don't think it's fair. SO THIS IS HOW URL VALUE URLS CUSTOMERS? I am so ****ed off over the years being with my service provider vuma and now this. I left all the issues when it came to network outages I never ever gotten compensated but this time round I care a ****. Nobody gave url the right to cancel my service without my permission I demand an answer and I want to know who God told url to do that. This is ***** and utter ****in bull****. Url are clearly taking urls customers for ****ing ****holes. This is not on. I want my wifi to be sorted it I don't give a flying **** how but whoever the **** chose my account to cancel they will ****ing rectify this ***** stories. I am not taking no for an answer. At this stage with all my frustration I will and can go on all social media platforms don't test me. Besides the workers they just care a dam. All my chats are still there. They transfer you like u a ****ing ball or something. They don't go the extra mile to assist and find the reason out. Pathetic get some good people don't ****ing take our money and pay these Dom kops that can't answer ur questions and help you out to extreme. I want my wifi to be sorted out latest by tomorrow evening I care a dam. Find out who did this and get that idiot to sort it out. Hollywoodbets is gone absolutely pathetic we cannot win anything we play in the day and at night and we get nothing. How much of people are u guys doing this to besides me. Don't u guys have a RTP. So I am ****in being transferred from agent to agent on a daily basis. Yes my internet got cut off which I left now to reconnect I cannot. They don't ****in understand anything speaking to them they say Vuma needs to send me a payment link sent the payment link it's not allowing me to pay. Then spoke to them they say vuma needs to clear my address and send me a link and wat not. This is bull**** honestly. I waited 24hours now it's way over I spoke to vuma they say I need to get the ISP which is these idiots to sort the **** out. So I've been cut off from vuma because of payment so I left it. Now when I go on to pay for my vuma account they say it won't allow me because vuma has something against my address that they need to clear. I spoke to many agents that mentioned the same things it's now over 24hrs and still cannot do payment to reconnect what nonsense is this. I had to even order a new installment for my wifi. My dad passed last year June. It's so happened we got the letter of executor and we received his bank statement. Long story short we went on his Hollywood acc to check and noticed he had money in there. Went to the chatsworth hollywoodbets branch was told I need to send in a whole lot of documents with it being certified. My mum has done that. Mind you this was last 15 April. 16 April got the ball rolling mom went and gave all the documents. 17 April was told that she needs another document which she then gave in. 18 April no response till we went in to the branch yesterday 22 April to be told that they will send it to the relevant department. I was told this by Lindokuhle. Also I have been chatting to them on the hollywoodbets app which I got proof off. Today I asked them and again they said they are sending this to the relevant department I was told this by mfundo. This is bull**** how long will this take. It's not even much money. I will definitely take this up to the gambling board. Because hollywoodbets is gone to the dogs really. Besides us not winning we can't even pick up anything decent we get thrown from pillar to post with things like this we don't get proper information they speak to the managers but can't help us. Pathetic services. I have had no internet for the past 4 days now. I am made like an idiot by the workers reboot this that that I am sick of it. There is an outage happening every week but as soon as you don't pay it is cut. They flipen expect they money to be on time and what about us we expect our services to be in order and working all the time. I have made numerous attempts to to contact them. They just call you once and that too when the wifi is working and they don't bother again. VUMA need to get they act in order I will be canceling this Pathetic service coz I now had enough

It's amazing how ur generosity is on another level meaning that yes we come there to gamble but with ur welcoming and how you treat us we don't care if we lose because u make us feel at home. My father passed away and still we got no response from Mzansi. When my father was alive he kept on calling and telling them to come sort out the sensors the box and what not they came but never came back. They such heartless people yet they want to protect homes how. And also I tried calling but keep putting to different departments. Heartless they should close down because they care less for people.
