Their service is very poor, it's been months now trying to get my claim right but they keep on closing my case and even their consultants just hang up the call
It's better to opt for a tv box because now Multichoice has this tendency of making It's customers subscribe for some policies that they are not aware of and when we want to cancel those subscriptions and pay the usual monthly package deal, they give us runarounds.. My Aunt has been facing the problem more than twice now!!!
I've been calling and sending emails of document the required in order to ublock my mother's account but the agents are so stubborn and they don't listen to what we asked for instead they giving us runaround.. they can close that account if they want to because now it's enough!!!
I wrote a complaint here about FNB about 2 weeks ago and received a reference number then they said they will contact me after 48 hours regarding a certain case... I have been waiting till today, if they can't help me and my Aunt they could've just said so than to make me wait.. the case has been pending for more than 3 months now
My Aunt whose account is frozen due to alleged ***** case she is not aware went to SASSA to request a statement stating how much was debited into her account so that she can open a case at the Police because now she's not getting her disability grant. At the offices they refused to help her, I then emailed them requesting for assistance but they took the whole month to respond. Even their call centre didn't help at all
I emailed FNB about two months ago regarding my Aunt's account being frozen regarding the ***** case that she is not even aware of. They took time to get back to me. I even had to call, still they are not answering my calls
