Once again chicken licken silverton has the worst chicken the staff frying the meat when I asked I don't want a center piece looked at me with attitude and guess what they gave something i don't even know what it is i have a picture my order number I think it was 217 or 2017 cold horrible I don't know why I keep going back shame on you a whole 300 down the drain the advert said 2 Cole salad I received 1 and the manager was packing I don't understand how the food be so cold as if it was fried this morning salty horrible plz close your doors or we will consult the ombudsman enough yoooo as if I went to borrow what I received the skin was even from the side breast parts shame on you
Since 13 November I have been reporting no network and same as Vuma Rain let you talk to a agent via #askrain only to find this service channel is as useless as Vuma. Ticket number 21784939 has been escalated till now 15 November no agent has called me and still no network considering I have a matriculant in the peak of his exams so Rain wants my son the get a low symbol due to there lack of service which by the demands payment every month agent Mike T Sam and Alvin is well trained to read a script without truth how will I be compensated for this loss of service full 4 days because now I have to buy data to help my child shame on you Rain

Me and my family went to Garden Court HATFIELD on CHRISTMAS DAY 25/12/24 WOW wonderful service lunch excellent WANDA & CHARLOTTE & KWAKHO excellent professional i will surely go back the gate MALUME that worked on xmas he is friendly and helpful Well done Garden Court !!!!! I am making sure i recommend your via word of mouth. :-)
On the 25 November 2024 i went to Chicken Licken Silverton. How i regret going it was my not first bad experience but his one was worst. I payed for my meal and was told to wait 10min chicken will be ready patiently i waited. My number #1235 was called went to collect om my arrival home horrible old dry chicken chips old and dry its like somebody did not collect their order in the morning and they gave it to me. I am horrified so disgusted and disappoint that a whole franchise is so use to our money that they have no fear to give as such horrible food and service. When i called the Manager ****son he was expecting me to address him (respectfully) but what he does not know that the disrespect started with him giving me that food but he expects to be addressed as MALUME or something. Chicken Licken Silverton please close your door we had enough of you, you are an embarrassment to the franchise. i am on my way to take back that horrible food back and i am still demanding my petrol money because we take our money to drive to you because you promised a service only to find you feel entitled to financially abuse us in the process.
I have been waiting for refund since my service was cancelled system error they deducted on the 1st of June on the 6 of June i got disconnected/not only disconnected i got cancelled i have been saying this VUMA AND WEBAFRICA has system error when School holidays are about to start or long weekends, till date i am hearing of wait for email it takes 10 -15 days when i checked with VUMA they said no its webafrica that must facilitate the refund when you check Webafrica they say Vuma and another 3rd party. ASB GEE MY ***KEN GELD DANKIE.
my service has been disconnected apparently technical error after payment then they try to open new account reallocate the funds 4 days have passed no connection the helpline very poor service no customer ethics very poor service provider every time school holiday approach i experience technical errors december april and now june holiday then get reconnected after the holidays i dont think they have the capacity to handle the majority consumers.
