Unsubscribe Fail
<p>I have unsubscribed about 6 or 7 times from the lastminutegolf weekly emails but I continue to received unwanted emails from them. The only emails I want is booking confirmations. Sort this issue out. I dont want spam!</p>

Superb Service
I have ordered several items from Takealot over the last few years and I have always been so impressed with the first class first world service that they offer. Their delivery times are second to none and rarely exceed the delivery period. The one occasion that a minor item was emitted from the delivery (not Takealot's fault though) Takealot resolved the matter within days (during the Christmas period).<br> The service offered, from item selection, availability, ordering, delivery and after sales service is absolutely superb. Well done...that what keeps us coming back.

Excellent Service
Nitasha Balak has been my premier banker for some time now and she has always provided the most professional service. Whenever I send a query or request via email she responds within time and with accurate and helpful information. She provides information of interest related to my banking profile from time to time and not too often which is great. She always provides a courtesy call every year to check if my banking needs are being met and offers advice. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with her. Well done Nitasha and thank you for your help so far.

Fantastic Service
I phoned to query my premium as I was quoted by A&G at a lower rate. Jannie explained the differences to my policy and the quotation. His attitude was excellent. He was well informed and offered me all the information I required as well as improved cover at no change to my premium. Dealing with Outsurance has always been an absolute pleasure whether it be for claims, policy updates or queries. It is a breath of fresh air. Well done Outsurance for offering an 'Out'standing service.

Jo'burg Open Competition
After successfully qualifying for the second round of the Jo'burg open competition (closest to the pin) I was informed by a competition representative (Rhada) that I would need to come into the WoG to compete for the chance to play the Jo'burg Open pro-am event. Rhada informed me that the competition was from 2-5pm. I informed her that I would be playing golf on Saturday afternoon as many golfers do on Sat. but I would come in before 5pm to compete. I arrived at WoG at 4:30, after leaving my round of golf early, to compete only to be told that the comp had only lasted 1hr. I was not informed of this and would have changed my plans for the great opportunity. This was completely unfair to all the players coming in later (as several of us did) and complete waste of my time and effort to drive there and be turned away. While I do appreciate the amazing opportunity, I am disgusted by how we were treated. Completely unsporting behavior for a game that promotes sportsmanship. The attempt to make up for this poor behavior by offering tickets was not accepted nor acceptable. I am disgusted !!!!!
