I have actually enjoyed being on the site, until when a person requests deposit limit it excludes vouchers, I mean what is the use of a deposit limit if I can simply use another method. Again when you request timeout you can easily call and the account will be activated, this actually enables gambling addiction not responsibly.

I asked for help still no help in regards to a deceased payout. I have sent prove they needed. Apparently no prove that the policy ever existed but I have a bank statement and policy number from the payslip.
I have made multiple inquiries in regards to a policy I claimed for back in 2016. The amount paid out was questionable and in terms of an investment. How can you charge a penalty for not paying an investment for a person who is deceased? And the premiums was coming out directly from his payslip.
Hi, I would like to file an official complaint against Hollywoodbets, I requested an account closure yesterday at 11 AM and was told this would happen within 24 hours. The account is still open and I lost R1600 because it was still open, I have reasons to believe had the account been closed as stated in the policy this would have never happened. I app**** for a loan last week Wednesday till today, and I have even accepted the Debicheck Manadate this is ridiculous what an awful service I keep calling in every day to no avail
