Great effort and service....the cat is happy.
Friendly and efficient service from the online and delivery team. Very impressed. Customer service is excellent and I was impressed from the beginning of my order. The app is very user friendly. I will definitely order online again. Thank you to the Absolute pets staff.

Pleasant lunch at Doppio Zero
Had a great lunch experience at Kyalami Corner Doppio Zero. Breakfast and lunch menus are filled with a good variety of dishes which are all well explained in small descriptions. Our waitress, Philliphine was prompt, friendly and helpful. A manager also came around to ask how our meal was. The restaurant looked neat, clean and tidy and had a nice peaceful vibe. Good value for money and food quality is excellent. The presence of plants and palms makes it that much more special. Well done and keep it up. Happy to go back

Great lunch experience
My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Casa Bella Montecasino. We ordered a rump steak and spinach and the Chorizo fettuccine which were delicious, perfectly cooked and well presented. Our waiter Thembani was excellent with his service and helped us enter the Nederberg wine competition with ease. His friendly manner and efficiency helped make our lunch experience that much more enjoyable. I mostly like the ambience of the restaurant with sparkly casino lights and a little river flowing by. The table we sat at was neat and tidy and the chairs comfortable. In a nutshell, this restaurant offers value for money food and drinks in a pleasant setting with good service. We were thanked by the staff on our way out which gave me good closure and showed appreciation. We will gladly go back and support them.

Disappointment at Ocean Basket Montecasino
Went out to Tuesday night dinner at Montecasino Ocean Basket. Service was friendly and efficient but the food most disappointing. The presentation and taste of the meals was shocking. Overcooked tasteless spinach and butternut which was probably old and left till the end in hopes of selling it. The platter for one was tasteless and the food in general felt energetically dead and unappetizing. No garnish....just a oily platter plate. Small mussels that had seen better days . Too much salt on the battered deep fried calamari tentacles. Felt I was eating week old left overs rather then fresh healthy food. Bad food didn't save good service. Manager didn't show up although I told the waitress that the food was dissapointing. Where's quick staff communication gone to? Promised that next time it will all be better. No next time for me thank you. I'll rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I would like to write a review about Auto and General Received efficient and friendly service over the phone with Brad the other day. He was very informative and understood his job and my policy well to be able to advise me to make the best decisions regarding my cover. Have been with AG since 2012 and have always had great service. I'm confident to recommend them.
