I made several calls regarding to deduction made from Jan for device carry when am done but they still deduct more than my prepared, they keep on saying they will get back to me.
⸻ I submitted my notice to cancel my lease on 29 September at PLATINUM PLACE room B220. After that, I received move-out inspection feedback that was completely incorrect. I was mistakenly accused based on the records of the previous occupant. The office records still reflected Mr Ndlovu, while the unit was actually occupied by Miss Magudulela as the main tenant and myself, Mr Ntuli, as the sub-tenant. The main issue is that the previous occupant’s inspection was never done while his lease was still active, which created confusion and resulted in me being held responsible for information that does not belong to me. I reported this mistake on 5 November, and I provided clarification, but up to today there has been no response from the office. This lack of communication and failure to correct their error is causing unnecessary delays in finalising my lease cancellation. I am escalating this matter because I need urgent intervention to resolve the incorrect inspection records and to ensure that I am not held accountable for someone else’s obligations.
I requested for my money to be reversed since 07 Jan 2025, as I log a case on December. My case number is 83453846 a call agent told me it will take 3 days to receive funds when I follow back they told me I didn’t submit all the documents then I send them all the docs, the call agent updated wrong number as they just told me that my case is closed
Yesterday I only transact R104 and my lastest balance was R432 and later on I check the app and am owing them how come?
We’ve been transferred to other company internally and Altron Digital Solutions have not yet transferred out funds from Alex forbes and there’s no communication. We’ve been waiting for Altron HR to come and communicate with us till now no progress.
Under the case number #047234, I received funds and Standard Bank stopped my account without informing me or confirming about transaction occurred. Its been 3 months now my account was closed without assistance worse part I provided all the documents they requested
