Clientele is busy taking money from my account after I had canceled and their WhatsApp number is useless. I have sent an email last month to this day I'm still waiting. Right now they debited again. I want my money back and worse it's not even my payday yet to say I have extra money. This is my transport money. I have said it before that I want nothing to do with clientele
My mother in law made a cash deposit of 1700 at the atm and the money went into the account but after an hour received a notification saying correction payment - 1700. When she went to the branch they were rude and did not assist, WhatsApp also could not help and this is an elder who was supposed to be assisted not miss treated by your stuff at 1st they said the money will come back in the account which did not happen and now they keep giving her stories and they are rude
Worst decision ever made by joburg water, I just got my box last month, I cnt buy water. Joburg water says it's not their department and lesira is just not answering their calls. What **** is this when all we are trying to do is be good citizens and buy water. We try do things right but yall are failing us yet people who don't pay for water are put on pedestal.
Disaster. My order is still not delivered, I've even ran out of airtime calling Incredible connections, aramax and RWS to no success. All I get is we will call you back but never do. Sunday I sat the whole day waiting for RWS to deliver which never happened till today I'm waiting and calling still another story worse that RWS is not answering. I lost alot of money making these calls since last week
My husband doesn't have avbob nor did he sign up yet their are taking money and are saying he opened an insurance they are taking 450, the people insured are unknown even worse he has never been to Isphingo yet they said it was opened there. To remove this they are taking us from pillar to post. This month again they debited. These people are a *****
Please sort out your mess, you handed me over and i settled the loan yet you still call me 3 times a day even when i emailed the settlement letter from the lawyers that you handed me over to your collections email address that you guys provided. Your collections department agents have stinking attitude they are very rude and you no space to talk. Fix your mess and remove your details from my ITC
