I had an incident that led to me pressing the panic button, i was called by an agent that gave me lecture on safety instead of assisting with back up. I told the agent that It was not what i pay for, I hate NETSTAR and i will never recommend them to my family members nor friends. i wouldn't even recommend it for my enemies, they must come get this useless device out of my car.
I woke up with no connection, I called them now around 9:45am and an Agent is telling me that they have no idea how long it will take. Vuma is the most useless thing one would spend money on, if don't have it. don't bother at all, USELESS....
I received delivery an hour ago from a rude guy, he literally took my phone and went through my messages as he was looking for PIN. Rude and unprofessional service, Moving forward I will take initiative to boycott The Courier Guy, I will not accept anything delivered by them, I rather refund and shop elsewhere.
Attitude of the RCS guy at the door when I got inside Makro Alberton, Warren spoke to me like am not a customer. He even said we can take it outside if I want to. Please deal with that gentleman, I nearly decided not to buy the couch that I needed. Im so mad and Makro must deal with that man. No Means No
I contacted Smakaleng on Friday of the 25/07/2025,She assisted me to sign up and sent a link for me to pay for my subscription through Capitec App. I paid the very same day and i was told that the installment will be done on Monday of the 28/07/2025. The installation was scheduled at 10:30am, The technicians only arrived at 13:27pm. I was never called or informed on the delay, when they arrived they told me that they will only come again after 7 days for installations. At this stage, I had called customer services with no assistance. The level of unprofessionalism of this company deserves an award, incompetence's from agents, technicians to the Call Centre. At this stage I want to reverse the transaction, 0/10 Service
