Driver arrived at my premise and I didn't have a code when attempting to call the customer care department, driver stated his to busy and left with my parcel.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of my complaint about my grandfather's ill-treatment by healthcare professionals. It has been incredibly difficult to process not only the loss of my grandfather, but also the lack of empathy and accountability shown by those responsible for his care. Despite following the prescribed process and filing a formal complaint, the matter was closed without any satisfactory resolution. This has added significant emotional distress during an already painful time, as I feel that my concerns and the suffering of my grandfather were dismissed without proper consideration. The lack of empathy from medical professionals in South Africa, coupled with the closure of my complaint without any meaningful follow-up, has been heart-wrenching. It is beyond me why healthcare providers—whose very duty is to care for patients with dignity—seem to be allowed to operate without consequence when they fail in this fundamental responsibility. The impact this has had on my family is immeasurable. Not only are we grieving a loss, but we are also left feeling helpless, as if our voices and the well-being of our loved ones don’t matter. I implore you to reconsider the way complaints are handled and to take a more compassionate approach in ensuring that patients and their families receive the care and attention they deserve. It is my hope that by addressing this issue, we can prevent other families from experiencing the same kind of neglect and heartache that we have endured. Sincerely,

I am writing to enquire about the delivery scheduled for December 28th, which I have been calling about every day. Despite my consistent follow-ups, I have not received any assistance or updates regarding the status of my delivery. Could you please provide the reason why my delivery has been sent back to the shipper?
I am highly disappointed with Telkom. On Tuesday, I called them to blacklist my phone, only to find out that it was not fully blacklisted. Then, on Wednesday, I went to their branch at Kyalami, and when we tried to call them, the lady I was speaking to closed the line. Later, when I went home, I found out that my own phone is not registered under my name, and my sister needed to call, which was a shock. On Thursday, when my sister called in the morning, she was informed that I am the account holder. At this point, the 48 hours for reporting my phone have elapsed, and the worst part is that I don't have an ITC number, as I was told it would take another 24 hours to obtain it. Can I kindly ask as your customer, is this fair?
