On saturday passed midnight i was with a friend and put my bag that had my phone in it while i was waeting i pushed my bag aside my phone was pickpocketed by one of the male waitress who was serving us because the phone went missing just after i finished eating and checked my bag.
They Thrive on false advertising.I bought a a SIM card it arrived on the 22nd of October for R169 for unlimited Telkom Lte .On the first they sent a new invoice that I owe them money I just bought the SIM card and it was supposed to last me a month long according to the ad yesterday they closed the data . R169 gone down the drain and they have the audacity to send an email that they'll cancel Thier services. If I don't pay R232 that means they expecting me to pay R400 for a SIM card they had advertised at R299 per month.... Yoh guys y'all think we go to work for y'all neh in this economy y'all think we just have spare money to give away neh mxm
My Mom is a pensioner and my twin sister had sent money to her account a day when she was about to withdraw the money she saw the first SMS that someone has withdrawn R1000 cash from her account a few moments later the person withdrew R500 from the account.The highest probability that Tyme Bank has *****sters who duplicate cards of innocent pensioners especially because these people find it easy that you can open an account at pick n pay Please give my Mother her money back and stop *****ing people
I recently bought a ice making machine online at cash converters Turfontien Pretoria only to find out it doesn't even work properly when the staff member tested it. I told her I'm not satisfied with the product and asked for a refund.She gave me numbers to calls and when I asked when should I expect my refund the staff member said I don't know,I told her she can't not know she put me on hold until I hang up I called several times and she said I must send my account number to a what'sapp that was last seen 15 October. I sent an email the next day and called .I asked again what's happening with my refund they had told me it will put back in my card.I called again and asked what's happening with refund I was told they are waiting for head office to process it and it might take 20 days to process it . I am yet to email the head office because why am i now begging for my money back when its already been 7days. I am quite disappointed at this disgusting service.
My twin sister deposited money into my account and got error messages that the money was retracted she called me and explained in tears 😭 and I immediately called standard bank and they logged the fault that was on 31st of July 1 August I called standard bank again with the atm number the consultant confirmed what ATM was it and logged the fault and confirmed that it would be resolved and sent reference number via SMS today it's the 6th and I had to call standard bank again and they told me they checked the atm and didn't find anything mind you my twin sister was late for work waiting for the to return so she could try again with no receipt coming out.I got another reference number but i need the money and dont know what to do cause i need it.Im heartbroken and frustrated
